Your Mission

As a
Data Engineer
, you'll help clients unlock the full potential of their data by designing, building, and optimizing modern data platforms. You'll work with technologies such as
Google Cloud, BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Snowflake, Fivetran, Python, Spark, Pub/Sub, and Sigma
, delivering scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Software Engineers while contributing hands-on to the codebase and helping shape best practices across projects.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Develop modern ELT/ETL solutions using cloud-native technologies.
• Support data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams with high-quality data solutions.
• Implement data governance, security, and reliability best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data platform performance.
• Work directly with clients to solve complex technical and business challenges.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Experience building and maintaining data integrations and pipelines.
• Backend software development experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud or other major cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of the Modern Data Stack (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Fivetran, etc.).
• Experience with Spark or other big data technologies.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Bash scripting and automation.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
