Job Description

En tant qu'Expert Applicatif Industriel, vous ferez partie du Centre de Compétence Informatique Industrielle, et serez rattaché(e) au responsable Applications

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

Expertise plateformes PTC (ThingWorx & Kepware)

• Administrer et faire évoluer :

o ThingWorx (applications, modélisation, services)

o Kepware (connectivité machines, OPC UA)

• Structurer les modèles ThingWorx (RTPPM, AMU)
• Gérer les performances, la scalabilité et la maintenabilité

Architecture MQTT & Unified Namespace (UNS)

• Contribuer à la conception et la mise en œuvre des architectures event-driven basées sur MQTT
• Participation aux groupes de travail sur la définition des standards de nommage (sites / lignes / machines / variables)
• Mettre en place les composants clés :
• broker MQTT (ex : Mosquitto, HiveMQ)
• interfaçage Kepware MQTT
• ingestion dans ThingWorx
• Garantir :
• la cohérence des données
• la résilience de la couche applicative des flux OT/IT

Développement d'applications ThingWorx

• Développer des applications de supervision temps réel :
• dashboards opérateurs
• pilotage de production
• alerting
• Exploiter les services ThingWorx :
• APIs REST
• services custom
• mashups
• Intégrer les flux MQTT dans les modèles ThingWorx

Utilisation des modules avancés ThingWorx

• Mettre en œuvre les modules et extensions :
• ThingWorx RTTPM (Real-Time Production Monitoring) : suivi des performances industrielles
• ThingWorx Kepware Integration
• Adapter les modules aux besoins métiers (customisation, extensions)

Connectivité industrielle & OT

• Connecter les équipements industriels via :
• Kepware (OPC UA / drivers industriels)
• Assurer l'intégration avec :
• automates (PLC)
• MES
• systèmes terrain
• Gérer les contraintes industrielles :
• latence, volumétrie, disponibilité

Intégration SI & data

• Interfacer ThingWorx avec le SI (ERP, MES, data platform)
• Exposer les données via APIs ou flux MQTT
• Contribuer aux cas d'usage data (performance, maintenance, qualité)

Déploiement & industrialisation

• Installer et maintenir les environnements :
• ThingWorx
• Kepware
• broker MQTT
• Participer à la mise en place d'architectures :
• edge / on-premise / cloud hybride
• Assurer le support niveau 2/3

Ouverture & évolution

• Évaluer et intégrer d'autres briques de supervision :
• Grafana, Ignition, solutions cloud IIoT
• Participer à la roadmap IIoT / Industrie 4.0
• Contribuer à la standardisation des architectures (UNS, event-driven)
