About the role

Were looking for an IT Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide hands-on technical support for enterprise end-user environments. Youll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and related technologies while acting as a trusted partner for our client.

This role is primarily based at our clients site in Pardubice, with occasional travel as required.

What youll do

• Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Perform system upgrades, installations, deployments, and hardware replacements
• Support Windows-based environments and assist with related technologies
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain documentation and track issue resolution activities
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Support scheduled installations and maintenance activities
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required

What were looking for

• 3-5 years of IT support, desktop support, or field engineering experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware and software environments
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent Czech language skills (spoken and written)
• English language skills are an advantage
• Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• The person must be physically able to do normal office tasks, including occasionally lifting or moving items that can weigh up to 23 kg, with support equipment like trolleys, trays etc.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
