We are looking for Lead Software Test Automation Engineer to extend our Industry X technical test team, who already enjoy working with high-end technologies on various exciting multinational projects!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
