Role Overview

We are looking for a
.NET Lead Developer.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend applications and services, while guiding a team of developers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that support business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications and APIs.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and front-end developers to define and implement software solutions.
• Own system architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing systems to improve performance and stability.
• Drive testing strategy and continuous integration/deployment practices.
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning and propose architectural improvements or optimizations.
• Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and frameworks such as .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL) and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of software architecture patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS).
• Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with experience in sprint planning and estimation.
• Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
