RESPONSIBILITIES

To forecast turnover (sales, growth) annually by analyzing the customer basket to determine annual sales targets in non-critical accounts.

To proactively contact/communicate with inactive customers to activate, maintain, and develop relationships.

To prepare and follow up on proposals (following the structure of products, features, and benefits).

To negotiate proposal terms, price, delivery time, and payment within a predetermined framework.

To stay up-to-date on products, applications, regulations, etc., related to the industry segment within the area of responsibility.

To provide technical assessments to customers, including relevant departments when necessary.

To identify new market needs and suggest ways to better meet them to Sales Management. Handling customer issues related to delivery and quality.

Meeting with customers to find new opportunities and identify customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Proficient in SAP usage.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel for training and coordination activities.
