Position Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability,

availability and performance of the organisation's infrastructure. You will work on

maintaining system stability, implementing best practices, and contributing to the

continuous improvement of their technical environment. Your expertise will directly impact

the organisation's ability to deliver consistent and reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliability solutions for infrastructure systems

• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents effectively

• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure system reliability

• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and deployment processes

• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams

• Analyse system metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering

• Strong understanding of SRE principles, practices and methodologies

• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management

• Proficiency in monitoring, logging and observability tools

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerisation technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Experience with incident management and post-incident reviews

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
