We are actively integrating
Artificial Intelligence
into our Cloud Operations to:

• Automate incident diagnosis
• Improve anomaly detection (smart monitoring)
• Accelerate issue resolution
• Optimize operations and reduce repetitive tasks

You will
actively contribute to designing, testing, and implementing these solutions (AIOps approach)
.

• Location: Axway Romania, Bucharest, Calea Serban Voda, no.133, 4th District
• Employees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities
No routine here. You will:

• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructures (AWS, Kubernetes)
• Deploy fixes and platform enhancements
• Automate and optimize systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Help integrate AI tools into operational workflows
• Interact with clients and technical experts
• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions

You are at the heart of operations, with a direct impact on service quality.

Qualifications
What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / advanced technical support
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Solid experience with AWS
• Good Linux / scripting skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Interest in automation and AI topics
• Fluent in English

business-critical applications (banking, accounting, integration)
