Front-End Developer with skills in React
to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Our client in a technology company delivering enterprise software solutions for major projects in both the public and private sectors. It supports digital transformation initiatives through scalable, high-performance systems that drive efficiency and growth

• 📌 Location: Athens, Northen Suburbs, Premises easily accessible
• 📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 office days / 2 remote days per week).
• 🖋️ Reporting to: Engineering Lead

What will you do:
As a Front-End Developer, you will design and build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools, creating user interfaces that are performant, accessible, and aligned with UX/UI and branding guidelines. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences, contribute to technical planning and code reviews, and stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies to continuously improve product quality.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive web applications and digital platforms.
• Implementing user interfaces aligned with communication strategies, branding guidelines, and UX/UI best practices
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Creative, Strategy, Content, Project Management)
• Supporting the delivery of digital projects, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and high performance across devices
• Contributing to technical planning, estimation, and documentation for digital projects
• Staying informed on emerging front-end technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field
• 3 years of professional experience in Front-End development.
• Hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role, preferably working with React and Redux.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to work effectively in structured environments with multiple stakeholders and team members.

Any experience in the following will be considered an asset

• Experience in communication agencies or medium-to-large digital projects.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and design systems.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, front-end testing tools, and debugging.
• Basic understanding of back-end technologies and integrations.
