Language:
English - Business fluent (C2)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience building automations, integrations, internal tools, or data workflows.
- Professional experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and SaaS integrations.
- Practical familiarity with CRM and GTM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Looker, or similar tools.
- Willingness to work from our Berlin office five days per week.
Activities
- Map existing sales, marketing, CRM, product, and customer data flows.
- Design and implement reliable automations for lead capture, enrichment, qualification, routing, follow-up, and reporting.
- Connect CRM, marketing, analytics, product, and external data sources through APIs and integration tools.
- Build AI-supported workflows where they create measurable value.
- Create monitoring, logging, error handling, and fallback processes for production workflows.
Team
As GTM Engineer you are solo contributor working directly with the Founder and CEO and Sales and Marketing Teams.
