Your responsibilities:
Lead and mentor less experienced staff
Use relevant Structural/Bridges design software
Develop networks with global technology leaders for Bridges
Ensure that quality control plans are followed, incorporation of health and safety into design
Delivering bridges design, project documentations including reports and contract documents for various design stages like: feasibility studies, tenders designs, detailed designs etc.
Managing your own Bridges projects and liaising with other project managers
Tracking of project programs and delivery dates
Undertaking technical reviews and checking
Liaising with contractors and clients, both external and internal
Assistance to others with bidding (technical)
Deliver projects in English

Here's what you'll need
Master in relevant accredited engineering degree
Chartered Engineer of an appropriate professional body
Very good command of English
Experience of leading multi-disciplinary projects
Relevant experience gained within a design office particularly in the field of Bridges design, analysis, assessment, inspection and reports
Good presentation skills
Personal skills: well organized, Team player but with an ability to work independently when required
