Looking for an engineering opportunity that's anything but ordinary? Now is your chance to be part of the implementation of a state-of-the-art automated high-bay warehouse with a capacity of 30,000 pallets, right from the very beginning.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you won't simply take over an existing system. Instead, you will actively shape its operation while learning the ins and outs of managing cutting-edge automated logistics systems directly from the manufacturer.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Designing and continuously improving preventive maintenance processes within warehouse logistics operations
  • Ensuring the operational reliability of automated and semi-automated logistics systems
  • Participating in the implementation and testing of new automated systems and supporting their operation
  • Coordinating and documenting maintenance and repair activities in SAP
  • Identifying technical issues and supporting troubleshooting activities
  • Liaising with external partners and the system manufacturer
  • Monitoring maintenance costs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing development and capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals
  • Taking an active role in commissioning the new high-bay warehouse and establishing the maintenance organization

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU

  • Hold a technical/engineering degree
  • Have several years of professional experience in maintenance engineering
  • Have worked with the maintenance of automated systems or industrial equipment
  • Possess advanced English language skills
  • Have a systems-thinking mindset and are proactive and solution-oriented
  • Are comfortable providing technical guidance and professional leadership
