We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer

The successful consultant will join a delivery team supporting the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for leading international clients, with responsibilities including:

• Designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions
• Developing and maintaining customizations using X++, extensions, and integrations
• Supporting end-to-end implementation projects, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Creating and maintaining integrations with external systems and third-party applications
• Participating in technical design sessions and solution architecture discussions
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Supporting system upgrades, releases, and environment management activities
• Collaborating closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders in a consulting-focused environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules
• Hands-on experience with X++ development and extension framework
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, OData services, and Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD methodologies
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is considered a plus
• Understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations
• Previous experience working in consulting and client-facing environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications
• Experience with Azure Integration Services
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 implementation projects in multinational environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS)
