What You Will Do

• Design, develop, implement, and support robust ETL/ELT and data pipeline solutions;
• Coordinate with multiple development teams to achieve delivery objectives;
• Support requirements definition, estimation, and delivery of scalable solutions;
• Develop and support real-time data ingestion processes from various data sources;
• Develop and support data models optimized for business intelligence usage;
• Build integrations with APIs from external providers such as Google, Facebook, Salesforce, SAP, and others;
• Adhere to industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and SOX;
• Lead best-practices definition and promote creative thinking within the team.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent English;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related fields;
• Solid and demonstrated experience with Snowflake, DBT, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Git;
• Fluency in SQL and Python;
• Strong understanding of data modeling and development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Experience writing, executing, and optimizing complex SQL queries;
• Experience implementing REST API service architectures;
• Ability to develop clean and maintainable code in a CI/CD environment;
• Experience with cloud BI technologies such as Azure or similar;
• Experience translating business requirements into advanced data models for analysts and data scientists;
• Experience with data profiling and working within agile teams to build big data and analytics solutions;
• Open-minded, organized, and able to adapt to new ways of working (data vault, event-driven architecture, unstructured data, self-service analytics).

Nice To Have

• Experience with data vault or event-driven architecture;
• Background with unstructured data and self-service analytics;
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and hands-on interest in emerging technologies.

Where You Will Work

• This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring employees to work from the Campinas, SP office twice a week.
