Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting technical equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. You will work closely with our customers and suppliers, providing them with on-site support and guidance on how to use various types of equipment. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections, performing system upgrades, and developing maintenance strategies to help extend the life of our equipment and reduce the need for repairs. The ideal candidate for this role is a problem solver with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Online trouble shooting
• Performing regular inspections of power plant
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in inverters and power plant systems and other equipment
• Providing on-site support to customers
• Developing maintenance strategies
• Performing system upgrades
• Training customers on how to use machinery and equipment
• Maintaining records of service and repairs
• Ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety regulations

Working closely with the engineering team to resolve complex issues Providing feedback to the design team to help improve the functionality and reliability of our products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to travel to customer sites
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
