The Role
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Software Engineer to join us. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
Location:
Athens / Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Developing solutions (design, code, tests, documentation)
- Collaborating with product managers to set the direction and goals
- Leading the team of engineers to consistently deliver according to IT roadmap
- Designing and reviewing technical solutions, as well as driving architecture definitions
- Ensuring compliance to internal standards and practices
- Presenting the progress and goals of the team
Contributing to the technical roadmap through architecture meetings, design documents

Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
- 4+ years of relevant engineering work experience
- Hands on experience with C#, VB, Cobol, REST APIs, .NET Core, WCF, ASP.NET, Silverlight (nice to have), MSSQL databases
- Hands on experience with Azure AD, SharePoint (nice to have), API Management Platform (nice to have)
- Excellent troubleshooting and web performance analysis skills
- You shipped several projects with dependencies between teams
- You have excellent coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns.
- You have a proven track record of building/leading a high-performing engineering team
- You worked well in a highly collaborative environment
- Insurance domain knowledge will be a great asset
- Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
- Results oriented and able to deliver under pressure to short deadlines, while coping with changing priorities
