We are looking for an experienced
Unity Developer
with an AI-first mindset to build next-gen gaming features. You will join a team of engineers building high-scale, real-time game systems, leveraging LLMs for complex logic, automating workflows, and using AI agents to continuously improve how we build.

Requirements

• Proficiency in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.

Responsibilities

• Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment.
• Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes up to system architecture.
• Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices.
• Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.
