WF Operation Engineer

Contexte et environnement

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a WF Operation Engineer, located in Central Greece Region. The WF Operation Engineer will join the WF Assets team to work alongside other professionals to achieve its goals while fostering a culture of safety. The person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Wind Energy assets.

Activités

Operations Management:* Oversee the daily operations of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance

• Monitor and analyze turbine performance data to identify and resolve issues
• Monitor turbine availability and KPIs
• Prepare status reports and conduct follow-up meetings on issues

Maintenance and Repairs:* Coordinate schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance and/or inspections of wind turbines

• Follow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and/or electrical issues

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):* Collaborate with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Promote a culture of safety within the team

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of new projects
• Support spare parts management and logistics coordination

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and operational data

Stakeholder Coordination:* Work with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Manage contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• At least 3 years’ experience related to RES projects
• Excellent knowledge of wind turbine technology
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
• Ability to cope with a multitask environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
