Schneider Electric DMS NS, as a research and development company for
Smart Grid solutions
, is focused on the development and delivery of its main product, Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) software. Being a part of a Project Team for ADMS project delivery, Enterprise Integration Architect has an important role in achieving successful project execution and final customer satisfaction.

As a member of our
Regional Solutions Center Novi Sad,
your role will be to use product and industry experience to work with a project team on the design, implementation, testing and commissioning of ADMS/SCADA systems on Schneider Electric ADMS projects

What will you do:

  • Ensure that the ADMS SCADA solution fits customer business goals set throughout the lifecycle of an ADMS project: the budget, agreed and reasonable scope, time, required quality standards (within agreed specifications) and concept of the ADMS product. The ADMS Data Architect presents a key project role and understands how the comprehensive solution shall be used by customer
  • Work as a trusted advisor to the customer to gather requirements, analyze risks, and guide customer on implementation of ADMS software
  • Work as part of a project team to implement Schneider Electric's ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management) software and will lead at a technical level some subtasks
  • Work with project team members and/or directly with customer to diagnose issues with the functionality and/or performance of Schneider Electric's ADMS software in various testing phases of the project and then into critical production environments
  • Design and support process for SCADA point to point testing
  • Troubleshooting issues related to SCADA protocol
  • Work with project team members and customer on SCADA commissioning and cutover activities
  • Work with colleagues in company to prioritize features requests from the customer to help ensure on time delivery and with accurate scope

Required Qualifications:

  • University education in in Telecommunication, Automation, Power Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA protocols (IEC101/104, DNP3, ICCP).Knowledge of other SCADA protocols like MODBUS and IEC61850 would be a plus
  • Understanding of processes such as data migration, data integration, data mapping, data validation, data commissioning and display building
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • High level of professionalism in verbal and written communication
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of power systems and electrical engineering.
  • Prior experience with processes such as data migration, data integration, data mapping, data validation, data commissioning, display building, and symbology
  • Experience with software engineering practices, tools, or development workflows (optional but beneficial)
  • Software development skills with a background in SCADA, power engineering or energy-related systems
  • Ability to analyze requirements and participate in solution design
  • Experience in end‑to‑end software project delivery

Senior Business System Analyst
to join our
Platform Analytics Team
in Belgrade, Serbia!

Responsibilities
Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders;
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications;
  • Design mockups and wireframes to visualize requirements (Figma or similar tools);
  • Model and optimize business processes (use cases, user stories, UML sequence diagram);
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners;
  • Coordinate work of multiple teams, synchronize activities, and ensure feature delivery from idea to production;
  • Monitor progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution to keep development on track;
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities;
  • Provide acceptance testing and develop test cases;
  • Participate in the release cycle: analyze support requests, reproduce and verify bug fixes, and prepare release notes for customers;
  • Review system documentation;

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects;
  • Hands-on experience in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases;
  • Practical skills in process modeling and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
  • Experience in creating wireframes/mockups in Figma;
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL;
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs);
  • Knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau);
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery;
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to bridge business and technical perspectives;
  • Experience in large-scale or international projects;
  • Professional knowledge of English is mandatory, Russian would be a plus

We are intensively looking for pro-active
Business Analyst for GMDSS Simulator
to join marine engineering simulator team. The candidate will work on market lead product GMDSS that actively in use for education in thousands maritime academies around the globe. The reason of hiring is active business and development team grow.

You will work in Scrum team on complex distributed system with tasks in many different domains from visual system to hardware integrations. The team believes in incremental delivery and work in close collaboration with customers.

As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in the development of simulation-based maritime training products as part of the product R&D team.
  • Translate shipboard operations and safety procedures into realistic simulation scenarios.
  • Contribute to the product discovery process: validate training hypotheses, write user stories, and collaborate with maritime instructors and customers.
  • Provide expert input on GMDSS relevant regulatory training modules.
  • Manage and refine the product development backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Support customer-facing teams by acting as a subject matter expert on simulation content and maritime operations.
  • Conduct technical reviews and validation of simulation behavior and training outcomes.
  • Lead or support training sessions using GMDSS simulators
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of simulation assets and workflows.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in maritime operations, simulation, or training.
  • Professional experience at sea, preferably in engine officer role.
  • Instructor experience with maritime simulators and training systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with product backlog management.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
  • Technical aptitude to work with simulation software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset.

What Will You Do
As a QA Engineer you will collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, Artists, Mathematicians, Product Owners, to spot issues before players do and to help launch games that are both bug-free and regulation-ready.

  • Manual testing slot games to ensure they meet technical, functional, regulatory and customer requirements
  • Executing both scripted and exploratory test cases
  • Reviewing documentation and test packages for compliance
  • Detecting, logging, and tracking bugs using tools such as Jira/Xray
  • Validating the correct implementation of game math and mechanics
  • Executing automation scripts to ensure consistent and efficient test coverage

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in testing games or gambling software
  • Knowledge of PC components, networking, or embedded systems
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting

About the Role

This is a full-stack QA role focused on test automation and feature coverage.

Please note: This is not an AQA (Automation QA) role — test frameworks are maintained by a dedicated AQA team.

A Day in the Life of Our Senior QA Engineer

  • Own feature quality end-to-end (UI + API)
  • Write automated tests using existing tools:
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • Reqnroll (BDD)
  • Playwright (growing direction)
  • Ensure full test coverage of features
  • Maintain and extend automated scenarios
  • Participate in regression and release testing
  • Work with CI pipelines (run/debug tests)
  • Collaborate with AQA team on framework usage

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
  • Experience in automated testing using existing frameworks
  • Ability to write and understand test code (C# is preferrable)
  • Experience testing web applications (UI + API)
  • Understanding of test design and coverage
  • Experience with CI/CD and Git

Nice to have

  • Experience with Playwright
  • Experience with GraphQL APIs
  • Experience in EDA / electronics / CAD domains
  • Experience in desktop application testing
