AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an
AI Solutions Engineer
to join our team! The AI Solutions Engineer designs, builds, and operates production-ready AI solutions for IT Operations, IS Operations, and Governance. Working with the AI Enablement Lead and operational experts, the role turns prioritized use cases into secure, maintainable, and reusable AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt workflows and process automations.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, knowledge sources and enterprise platforms.
• Develop reusable technical components, integration patterns and implementation standards.
• Work closely with operational experts to turn use cases into production-ready solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable and aligned with the wider client's AI technology stack.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve productive AI solutions.
• Instrument solutions to measure the productivity improvements achieved.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in productive environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
• Strong development skills in Python and experience with REST APIs.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of workflow and automation platforms.
• Experience with GitHub, testing, monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of AI security, access management, logging and lifecycle management.
