Analista Infraestrutura SR (N1 Command Center)

We are seeking a
Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer
to automate repeatable processes in our client's public environments and improve process efficiencies. This role will develop, document, maintain, support, and optimize automation workflows across cloud infrastructure.

 

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate Azure Resource Manager templates/JSON files and BICEP scripts as part of Azure Resource Manager Template Specs and BICEP based IAC deployments
• Maintain in-source control for change management
• Document all resource deployments for future reference and enhancements, including development of resource sheets and diagrams
• Assist development teams to configure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Online for project deployments, including service principle configuration
• Manage and maintain PowerShell and Azure CLI scripts, including secure credential management using Azure Key Vaults
• Prevent, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IAC deployment errors and private endpoint connectivity errors within Azure
• Identify and report areas of improvement in the automation arena, then implement improvements when approved
• Maintain and update cloud naming convention and deployment standards
• Contribute to ongoing research and evaluation to utilize new technologies
• Coordinate and complete other work requirements or tasks requested by IT management when necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the department or company

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Infrastructure environment
• Expertise in Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Skills in Azure Template Spec, BICEP, and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Policy, Networking (VNETs/NSG/App Gateways), and Logic/Function Apps
• Proficiency in JSON Scripting and REST API
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and BICEP
• Capability to multitask and prioritize workloads within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen sense of attention to detail
• Showcase of systematic thinking
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure private DNS zones and private endpoint DNS integration and configuration

Principais Responsabilidades
Gestão de Vulnerabilidades e Obsolescência

Identificar, analisar, priorizar e acompanhar correções de vulnerabilidades em servidores, sistemas operacionais e componentes de infraestrutura.

Planejar e executar upgrades tecnológicos visando redução de riscos e eliminação de obsolescência. Instalar patches, fix packs e atualizações em ambientes Windows, Linux e Middleware.

Avaliar ciclos de vida de produtos, versões suportadas, EOL (End of Life) e EOS (End of Support).

Monitorar releases, boletins técnicos e recomendações dos fabricantes.

Atuar em planos de mitigação e remediação de vulnerabilidades.

Apoiar auditorias, controles de risco e iniciativas de melhoria contínua da postura tecnológica dos ambientes.

Infraestrutura e Sustentação Administrar ambientes Linux e Windows Server.

Realizar troubleshooting avançado de servidores, aplicações e componentes de infraestrutura.

Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes de média e alta complexidade.

Conduzir análises de causa raiz e ações corretivas definitivas.

Executar atividades relacionadas à capacidade, disponibilidade, performance e estabilidade dos ambientes.

Middleware Administração e suporte dos ambientes: IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) IBM MQ Microsoft IIS IBM HTTP Server (IHS)

Realizar: Ajustes de JVMs; Heap Size; Web Containers; Gestão de certificados; Aplicação de correções e patches; Mitigação de vulnerabilidades; Troubleshooting de ambientes produtivos. Cloud e Containers

Apoiar sustentação e evolução de ambientes em Cloud. Realizar ajustes e manutenção em: Ingress; Secrets; Deployments; Services.

Executar análises e troubleshooting em ambientes Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Apoiar gestão e renovação de certificados em plataformas Cloud.

Observabilidade Apoiar a administração e evolução do Dynatrace.

Suportar monitoração Full Stack. Apoiar integrações e ingestão de logs. Analisar indicadores de disponibilidade, performance e comportamento das aplicações. Redes, Conectividade e Segurança Apoiar configurações de Firewall, NAT e comunicação entre ambientes. Suportar integrações seguras utilizando protocolos SFTP. Apoiar gestão de DNS, CNAMEs, VIPs e Balanceadores de Carga. Participar da resolução de problemas de conectividade entre aplicações e ambientes nacionais e internacionais.

Automação e Agendamento Apoiar atividades relacionadas ao Control-M. Participar da criação e manutenção de Jobs e Schedules. Apoiar iniciativas de automação operacional e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos Obrigatórios
Sistemas Operacionais

Experiência com Linux e Windows Server.

Administração de servidores, troubleshooting e gestão de patches.

Conhecimento em hardening, atualização e sustentação de ambientes corporativos.

Middleware Experiência em: IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) IBM MQ Microsoft IIS IBM HTTP Server (IHS) Vulnerabilidades e Obsolescência Experiência com gestão de vulnerabilidades.

Aplicação de patches, correções e upgrades tecnológicos. Conhecimento sobre ciclo de vida de produtos e gestão de obsolescência. Análise de riscos técnicos relacionados a versões descontinuadas.

Cloud Conhecimentos em Microsoft Azure e/ou AWS. Conhecimentos em Kubernetes e/ou OpenShift. Administração básica de recursos e troubleshooting em ambientes Cloud. Segurança Conhecimentos em Firewall. NAT. SSL/TLS e certificados digitais. Comunicação segura via SFTP.

What Success Looks Like In This Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical
Problem Manager
who will take full ownership of the end‑to‑end Problem Management process. In this role, you will prevent incidents before they occur, drive root‑cause resolution, and strengthen overall service stability.
Dutch language skills are required to support client interactions.
Accountable for end‑to‑end Problem Management, driving proactive prevention, root cause resolution, and continuous service improvement.

• Lead proactive Problem Management, using trend analysis, event data, and service insights to prevent incidents before they occur.
• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of the Problem lifecycle, ensuring governance, prioritization, and control in line with ITIL best practices.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure preventative actions are defined, tracked, and embedded into service operations.
• Shape and continuously improve the Problem Management process, influencing stakeholders and resolver teams to increase maturity.
• Oversee Problem backlogs and performance metrics, proactively managing risks to resolution timelines.
• Develop and implement long‑term, sustainable solutions, including known errors and workaround management where required.
• Actively contribute to Problem Review Boards, providing clear insight into risk, trends, and systemic weaknesses.
• Ensure Problems are fully resolved, accurately documented, and closed with a focus on service stability and continual service improvement.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the role may assume related duties as needed to support service operations:
Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL-based service support. Manages and oversees Unisys service delivery through processes, including incident, major incident, problem, request, and change management, with a focus on improving overall service quality. Coordinates client-facing resources and potentially client and client partners to facilitate compliance with service quality commitments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in ITIL Problem Management with proven ability to manage the full Problem lifecycle
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret trends and identify systemic issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence resolver groups and collaborate across global teams
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and reporting, including experience with platforms such as ServiceNow and the ability to interpret operational metrics
