Our journey:
Founded in 2017 by
Alexandre
and
Steve
,
Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000+ customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started.

Our beliefs:
We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are.
We've built a discrimination-free hiring process
because the best teams are built on merit.

AI at Qonto:
AI is deeply embedded in how we work (
here
)
-
Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it.

➡️ Mission: Join us as Analytics Engineer x Business Analytics and become the person our Business Analytics teams can build on without a second thought.

You will own end-to-end the data models feeding Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics — designing scalable dbt models, pushing back on requests that would trade reliability for speed, and helping the team migrate to Omni and a real semantic layer.

You will work closely with Jules Jeanroy, our Analytics Engineering Manager, and partner daily with Business Analysts across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance. The team is at a pivotal moment — investing in scalability, cutting technical debt, and building the standards that will define how Analytics Engineering works at Qonto for years to come.

➡️ As an Analytics Engineer at Qonto, you will:

  • Build data models Business Analytics teams trust — design and ship dbt models and tests that hold up under real, everyday use across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance
  • Partner with Business Analysts, not just execute for them — understand what they actually need, and push back when a request would trade long-term reliability for a quick fix
  • Reduce technical debt at scale — help migrate parts of the data stack to a more scalable setup, including our ongoing move to Omni
  • Own your projects end-to-end — take work from discovery through delivery, and follow up on its real impact instead of just closing a ticket
  • Scale your own workflow with AI — use AI tools to speed up documentation, testing, and modeling work, while keeping the judgment calls in your hands

➡️ What you can expect:

  • Join at a pivotal moment — the team is scaling and migrating to Omni; you're helping shape what comes next, not just maintaining what already exists
  • Room to move — grow horizontally across Business Analytics, Compliance, and Foundation scopes, or work toward mentoring and standards ownership within the BA team as a senior profile
  • Business partnering is core, not incidental — you'll work daily with Product, Growth, and Ops Finance stakeholders; challenging a request without damaging the relationship matters as much as your technical chops
  • AI is the multiplier — we use AI daily at Qonto (read our vision); we expect you to use it too, not just as a coding assistant but to speed up modeling, documentation, and testing

➡️ About your future manager: Your manager will be Jules Jeanroy, our Analytics Engineering Manager.

Jules joined Qonto in March 2026 to lead the Analytics Engineering team that partners with Business Analysts. He focuses on strengthening the way Analytics Engineers and Business Analysts work together, building reliable, high-quality data foundations, and scaling data practices as Qonto grows. Before Qonto, he worked as Lead Analytics Engineer at Spendesk and as a BI Engineer at Brevo, back in the pre-dbt world. His leadership style is direct and collaborative. You can hear him talk about Analytics Engineering in French in this podcast.

➡️ About You

  • Analytics Engineering fundamentals — you're strong in dbt and SQL, especially dimensional modeling; you've shipped production-grade models other teams build dashboards on top of
  • Comfortable pushing back — you know how to challenge a stakeholder request that would hurt data quality, without shutting down the relationship
  • Built for scale, not just speed — you design models that hold up months later, and know when "good enough now" beats "perfect later"
  • AI-native work style — you use AI tools beyond just chatting, to speed up modeling, documentation, or test generation
  • Appetite for ownership — you're ready to take projects end-to-end, and, if senior, to help raise the team's standards too

At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick — who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for all along.
By applying, you agree that Qonto processes your personal data to assess your application. Your data is kept for up to 2 years in our candidate pool. Read our Privacy Notice for full details.

Описание вакансии

DESCRIPTION

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS)

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our

customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

Amazon is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Data Center Engineering Operations Team in the Greater Milan Area. This committed group works to maintain the critical physical infrastructure that supports Amazon Web Services. Specifically, this team works to ensure that the data center's MEP operates at 100% availability while maintaining first-class customer service to the teams and groups within the data centers.

The Data Center Chief Engineer (CE) is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. The CE serves as an expert technical resource interacting with onsite Engineering Operations Technicians (EOT) and any third party vendors. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all facility operations and to support Amazon within its owned and operated data centers.

Also expected from the CE is the ability to manage large scale impacting projects and new region support from conception to completion. These projects involve large amounts of independent work as well as collaboration with external support groups including engineering, automation, procurement, and finance in both local and global settings. The CE will be tasked with creating and delivering on key milestones, obtaining and tracking quotes for all necessary costs, and documenting project results for future implementation at other facilities. The goals of such projects are for the CE to drive innovation and resiliency while reducing operational costs in the facilities.

The CE directs, trains and supports EOTs in their role of providing hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. Implementation and execution of site/equipment-specific training exercises is also expected. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.

The role will be based in the Greater Milan area, however flexibility is required to travel to other locations within the EMEA region if required.

Key job responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in data centers
  • Assist in the design and build out of new facilities
  • Act as an escalation point for all facilities-related issues within the data center region and work OT hours as needed to support site stability
  • Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
  • Troubleshoot and report of facility and data sever-level events within internal SLA
  • Create and deploy new standard practices for Engineering Operations Technicians, Chief Engineers, and vendor support teams
  • Provide training and guidance to Engineering Operations Technicians and assisting in recruiting efforts for the same
  • Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to by vendor and Amazon staff
  • Utilize internal Change Management Systems to manage building workflows
  • MV/LV Isolation to facilitate MV maintenance
  • Provide metric availability reporting on a weekly basis

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies and behaviors:

  • Ability to solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Ability to maintain SLAs through the implementation of proactive issue detection and immediate response.
  • Proven experience of reading SLDs and control schematics.
  • Ability to follow support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries into a trouble ticket system.
  • Shows good judgment and instincts in decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate their ability to take ownership of technical issues brought to them by their customer base

Physical Requirements:

  • Work at heights and from ladders.
  • Perform physical tasks
  • Work in a noisy environment with ear protection

**To apply, please submit a detailed copy of your CV in English**

Working location:

Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited. Therefore, a valid driving license is required for this role.

Work Schedule:

This is a 100% in-person onsite position due to the hands-on nature of managing mission-critical infrastructure. The role follows standard working hours (8 AM – 5 PM Milan time from Mo - Fri) with no shift work.

Working language:

Please be advised that the interview process at AWS will be conducted in English, as we are an international team based in the Greater Milan area.

Forward Deployed Engineer Manager

Описание вакансии

Role Description
This is not a consulting role. It is not a project delivery role. It is not a research position. A Forward Deployed AI Engineer is a production engineer who works embedded inside a client's enterprise, shoulder to shoulder with their teams, to make complex AI platforms work in real, messy organizational environments. You own outcomes: time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability. Not delivery milestones. Outcomes.

The market is beginning to understand what leading technology companies have demonstrated: AI products fail not because the models are weak but because deployment is broken. The gap between a successful AI pilot and an AI capability that scales is bridged by engineers who can translate platform capability into measurable business value inside a real enterprise environment. That is this role.

Forward Deployed AI Engineers form the execution spine of our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. We are building the largest FDE capability in the services industry. The engineers who join at this stage will define what the role looks like at scale and will have access to the hardest enterprise AI problems in the market across every industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments — Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, or Palantir — owning the full programme from architecture through adoption

  • Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability across multiple concurrent workstreams, with commercial metrics attached

  • Lead rapid experimentation at pace: drive ambiguous business problems to working production systems in days or weeks across complex enterprise environments

  • Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full technology stack: identity, data, security, governance, platform layer, and multi-system workflow integration at programme scale

  • Shape AI reinvention strategy for client CTO, CFO, and CISO: build value architecture, ROI backlogs, use case prioritisation frameworks, and multi-year AI adoption roadmaps

  • Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators that scale across multiple client engagements and grow the FDE practice

  • Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client engineering and C-suite leadership teams

  • Codify delivery learnings, failure patterns, and engineering standards that shape the FDE practice and enable the next generation of forward deployed engineers

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is under the A1 National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 50,000 and 86,700 EUR.
Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive and demonstrable engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).

  • Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.

  • Extensive and demonstrable experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models — including building abstraction layers to manage multi-provider pipelines.

  • Extensive and demonstrable experience leading software engineering teams: overseeing delivery, allocating resources across workstreams, and owning the professional development of direct reports"

  • Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded environment, internal projects, vendor labs, or team-only deployments do not qualify

  • Proven ability to articulate business value: can quantify the impact of deployments in terms a CFO would recognize and act on

  • Experience presenting to and building trust with senior client stakeholders, CTO, CFO, or CISO level

  • Non-linear profiles are expected and welcomed, assessment is based on demonstrated deployment experience and outcome ownership, not CV pattern matching

  • People lead responsibilities: experience managing, developing, and performance-managing a team of engineers; setting individual development plans and conducting career conversations
