The Team
This is a unique opportunity to gain challenging and interesting experience in Man’s Enterprise Engineering Support team that covers Man’s business systems and infrastructure including both in house developed and third party systems which includes a wide range of asset classes traded; working closely with Business users across Front, Middle & Back office business teams and Technology teams.

You'll be responsible for resolving complex business-critical issues and requests maintaining the integrity of systems and ensuring all queries are recorded, completed or escalated appropriately to reflect their time criticality. You should have excellent customer facing skills with an appreciation of the value of communicating to stakeholders particularly during high pressure situations.

Proactive monitoring of systems, triage, investigation, resolution and escalation of issues as they arise ensuring that our stakeholders are kept informed throughout.

This will include monitoring Critical systems, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise and thinking of ways of reducing common problems. You will also provide 24/5 operational and business support of all critical systems.

Our systems operate 24 hours a day from Sunday night to Friday evening.
This is a shift-based role, currently operating in 2 different shifts: 10:00am - 7:00pm EEST and 11:00am - 8:00pm EET.
Job Responsibilities

  • 1st level application support for business systems with escalation to 2nd level Application Support team and Dev team members.
  • Acknowledging, Recording and taking ownership of issues using Zendesk, Slack, ServiceNow or Jira system and following through to successful resolution.
  • Focused and well organised, to effectively manage daily issues.
  • Liaise with Internal technology teams, end users or third parties as appropriate. Helpful attitude and assist users in finding out who looks after other applications.
  • Analysing the risk & impact of various tasks and prioritising them.
  • Monitoring business systems; investigating, escalation & resolving alerts.
  • Writing SQL scrips to resolve user queries, testing, release management by following change controls across environments.
  • Contribute to procedures and policies by keeping them up to date in the knowledge base that are available for use by all members of the team.
  • Prepare and distribute daily handover and release notes.
  • Work with internal and external auditors

Key Competencies
Essential Skills

  • Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience
  • Experience with Windows based environment: Windows 11, Windows Servers, Office 365Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is essential
  • Meticulously accurate approach to data entry and results review is necessary, high attention to details

Desirable

  • Database skills: Oracle, MS SQL – script writing abilities would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems: Unix Linux
  • Experience with .Net, Python, MSMQ, RegEx, Powershell
  • Exposure to applications such as Zendesk, Slack, OpsGenie, Nagios, ELK, Automate, Salerio, SWIFT and MoveIT Applications – some experience in or support of trading, portfolio management, risk, settlements, and reconciliation applications.
  • Some business knowledge of financial markets and instruments, with broad asset class – Equities, Derivatives, Options, Credits etc., through previous experience within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Messaging Value Stream Agile Master.
  • Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
  • Review internal and external operational processes in order to optimize repair efficiency.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Be ready to lead the repair team squad by managing, steering, and coordinating team activities when required.
  • Follow up on network and service availability and quality, performing proactive and reactive maintenance actions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Care team to identify and resolve problems reported by customers.
  • Perform incident management activities as well as planned works.
  • Cooperate with vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure proper service delivery.
  • Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects, in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Take part in guard duty services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in telecom, mainly in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming areas (mobile telecommunications or international carrier telecom).
  • Familiarity with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards.
  • Good knowledge of SS7 / SIGTRAN, LTE, GSM call flows, and roaming scenarios.
  • Good operational knowledge of Linux.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be an advantage

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
  • Experience with HTTPS (APIs), MMS, Kibana, or Openmind software.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (containers, Ansible, CI/CD, Splunk, Kubernetes, AWS, etc).
  • Knowledge of Docker.
  • Experience with IT tools and scripting, such as Splunk or Python.

We're looking for an
Associate, ServiceNow Engineer
to join our growing technology team and help drive the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), supporting the delivery of reliable, scalable and automated technology services across the organisation. You'll work with a modern ServiceNow environment, designing intelligent workflows, improving operational processes and developing integrations that enhance the employee experience and increase service efficiency. From Incident and Change Management to CMDB and Discovery, you'll play a key role in shaping how technology services are delivered and supported. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and wants to take ownership of impactful solutions while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management, Discovery and CMDB.
  • Design and optimise workflows that automate operational processes, improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow configurations, ensuring platform stability, performance and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Manage and improve CMDB data quality, configuration governance and service dependency mapping.
  • Deploy, maintain and optimise ServiceNow Discovery to provide accurate visibility of infrastructure and service relationships.
  • Build dashboards, reports and analytics that provide meaningful operational insights, KPI tracking and service performance monitoring.
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing, platform upgrades and release activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational activities, strengthen controls and improve platform efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow governance, development standards and platform best practices.
  • Support and mentor junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate across the wider ServiceNow ecosystem and contribute to ongoing platform transformation initiatives.

Need to Have

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Experience developing workflows, automations and platform enhancements using ServiceNow development tools.
  • Experience building integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of service modelling, dependency mapping and configuration management principles.
  • Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, reports and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform governance, development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of scripting and ServiceNow development frameworks.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with DevOps, CI/CD or release management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology environments.
  • Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
  • Experience delivering user training, adoption activities or coaching junior colleagues.
  • Understanding of cloud, infrastructure or enterprise operations environments.

  • Анализираш и активно участваш в предприемане на превантивни мерки и отстраняване на аварийни ситуации (периферно оборудване и прибори, свързани с DCS системи) на електроинсталации за управление на производствените машини;
  • Предлагаш начини за оптимизиране на работните процеси, процедури, технически ресурси и участваш в тяхното изпълнение;
  • Намираш и отстраняваш проблеми в компютърната система и програмируемите контролери;
  • Извършваш диагностика и ремонт на електро задвижвания;
  • Участваш в разработването и изпълнението на планове за извършване на ремонт и внедряване на нови проекти (контрол на подизпълнители и приемане на извършена работа, организиране на обучения на ниво опериране и електрическа поддръжка на оборудването);
  • Правиш промени по програмните алгоритми с цел оптимизация на работата на машините;
  • Участваш в проекти за дигитализация и интеграция на системите за автоматизация към ЕРП системата.
  • Управляваш инженерни проекти в част електро и автоматизация;
  • Изготвяш спецификации на техническо оборудване (сензори, контролери)
  • Извършваш настройка и тест на комуникационно оборудване;
