for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Automation Engineer

Job Description

• Execute IT / automation-related processes and support the preparation and review of technical documentation for industrial systems (Active Directory integrations, remote support concepts, application administration plans, backup/restore/archiving procedures)

• Maintain and support track & trace and industrial automation systems ensuring high system availability and performance

• Perform troubleshooting, incident handling, and follow-up of technical tickets

• Provide training and technical support to production or operations personnel

• Support technical projects related to automation systems (URS, project management, commissioning, training, and implementation activities)

• Ensure OT compliance of computerized equipment and systems within the assigned area of responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and participate in engineering projects as required

Candidate Profile

• University Diploma in IT, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design & Production Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial/engineering environment (preferably process or pharmaceutical industry)

• Good knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems, industrial PCs and HMIs will be considered a plus

• Strong customer-service mindset combined with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
