About the role

As a Core Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving core infrastructure services, ensuring their operational stability, performance, and security. You will take ownership of specific technical areas, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a global IT environment.

Key responsibilities

Technology

• Demonstrates full understanding of CoE Core Infra responsibilities:
• Participates in project tasks with autonomy and responsibility
• Maintains and optimizes operational processes
• Leads efforts to industrialize routine operations
• Focuses on and provides improvement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Automates recurring tasks and enhances operational efficiency
• Actively contributes to cloud adoption projects
• Actively learns and adapts to new developments in cloud technology

Cutting legacy tails

• Strong involvement in legacy technology decommissioning

Methods

• Industrializes operational processes:
• Monitors SLAs, dashboards, KPIs, incident health, and usage reports
• Prepares weekly and monthly status reports
• Standardizes project activities using CoE methodology, templates, and reporting
• Creates clear and up-to-date documentation, procedures, and internal communications
• Collaborates and exchanges knowledge with Center of Excellence peers
• Applies continuous improvement practices

Activities

• Works on tickets, tasks, and project deliverables
• Participates in the Core Infra Good Morning Check (GMC)
• Takes part in the on-call duty rotations, as agreed with the manager

Education & Experience

• University degree or equivalent professional knowledge
• Over 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
• International experience desirable
• Proficiency in Serbian and English

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help make our AI agent platform production-ready, secure, observable, and scalable. This role focuses on operating, automating, and hardening systems built by development teams, ensuring experimental AI capabilities are reliably delivered as enterprise-grade production services. You will work across platform engineering, infrastructure, and development teams to improve reliability, automation, and delivery speed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters running AI and cloud-native workloads
• Support productionization of AWS AgentCore-based systems
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for applications and platform services
• Build and improve automated deployment workflows across environments
• Implement and maintain observability systems (metrics, logs, traces)
• Define and enforce SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, alerting, incident response, postmortems
• Partner with development teams to ensure services are production-ready and operable
• Participate in on-call rotation and support incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Build infrastructure using Terraform for repeatable deployments
• Improve cost efficiency, performance, and reliability of the platform

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience operating or supporting AWS AgentCore or similar AI/agent platforms
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation
• Solid understanding of AWS identity and access management (IAM), including SSO/Identity Center, roles, policies, trust relationships, SCPs, and cross-account access patterns
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD
• Ability to quickly onboard into existing AWS environments and operate independently
• Experience working with on-call and incident management in production systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM or agent-based systems
• Running stateful workloads on Kubernetes (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, or knowledge systems
• Multi-region AWS architecture experience
• Cost optimization and capacity planning experience

Position Overview
As the Security Engineer you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security controls and platforms that protect the organization’s enterprise environments. This hands-on role transforms security architecture standards into operational capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, application, and data protection domains, supporting business operations, digital transformation initiatives, and overall cybersecurity resilience. The position partners closely with cybersecurity, IT, and engineering teams to ensure security solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Implement and support security solutions across cloud security, infrastructure security, data protection, application security/DevSecOps, and security platform engineering domains.
• Build, configure, integrate, and optimize security tools and controls to ensure operational effectiveness, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
• Support security architecture and risk review activities by providing technical expertise and implementing required security controls.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or similar technical roles with hands-on implementation responsibilities.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating security controls in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable security solutions.
• Proficiency in multiple security domains, such as cloud security, infrastructure security, application security/DevSecOps, or data protection.
• Ability to communicate technical security requirements, risks, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and operational planning skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of security engineering best practices, secure configuration standards, infrastructure-as-code, security automation, and enterprise security controls.

Senior Software Engineer
to join our international team and help us
bootstrap a new engineering team in our newly formed Belgrade TechHub
. This team will be organized around
AI agentic-driven software development
, leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance developer productivity.

In this role, you will design, build, and deliver applications powering the platform used by our customers every day. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers to support existing applications and implement new functionality.

We are looking for an engineer who combines strong backend engineering fundamentals with a forward-looking mindset and
hands-on experience using AI coding agents
such as
Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
as part of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, provide technical guidance, and delegate tasks to less experienced team members
• Design and optimize systems for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
• Analyze, design, and implement complex software solutions and enhancements to existing products
• Assist management with the technical evaluation of issues, including analysis of alternatives, risk assessment, and recommendations
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of a new engineering team in the Belgrade TechHub, helping shape engineering culture, practices, and ways of working
• Work in an AI agentic-driven development environment, effectively using AI coding agents and automation tools to support design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Partner with Product Management and Quality Assurance throughout all phases of the SDLC to ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
• Ensure software quality by writing automated tests and participating in design and code reviews
• Develop test programs, proof-of-concepts, and functional prototypes when required

Qualifications
We typically look for 10 or more years of software engineering experience , with a meaningful portion of that spent working on complex, distributed, or large-scale systems. We care more about the depth and quality of that experience than the exact number of years.

Our technology environment will evolve, and we care more about engineering fundamentals than a perfect keyword match.

Mandatory Skills
