🎯 Vous interviendrez sur :

▪️
Tracking & Analytics (GA4)
: recueil et analyse des besoins des équipes métiers (pays, marketing, e-commerce, product owners), définition des plans de marquage, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et validation des recettes fonctionnelles (UAT).

▪️
Gouvernance des données & qualité
: suivi de la qualité des données, mise en place de contrôles et d’indicateurs de fiabilité, gestion de la documentation fonctionnelle (data layer, dictionnaire d’événements) et veille au respect des exigences RGPD.

▪️
Coordination avec les équipes techniques
: collaboration avec les équipes d’implémentation, développeurs, experts tracking et partenaires externes afin de garantir la conformité des livrables et la bonne exécution des évolutions.

▪️
Pilotage du Media Dashboard
: coordination des besoins des pays et des agences, suivi de la roadmap, gestion des priorités et accompagnement des équipes dans l’exploitation des indicateurs de performance média.

▪️
Gestion du projet Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
: participation au déploiement et à l’adoption de la solution, coordination des parties prenantes métiers et techniques, suivi des livrables et accompagnement au changement.

▪️
Reporting & Data Visualisation
: conception et suivi des tableaux de bord opérationnels, analyse des KPIs, mise en place d’alertes et production de reportings permettant d’optimiser la performance média.

▪️
Animation & accompagnement des utilisateurs
: organisation d’ateliers, webinaires, formations et communication régulière auprès de la communauté d’utilisateurs afin de favoriser l’adoption des outils et des bonnes pratiques.

Conduite du changement
: accompagnement des équipes internationales dans l’appropriation des nouveaux outils et méthodologies, suivi des indicateurs d’usage et identification des axes d’amélioration.

👀 Profil recherché

▪️Bac +5 en marketing digital, data, informatique, statistiques ou équivalent

▪️Minimum 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en Web Analytics, Digital Analytics ou Tracking

▪️Expérience confirmée sur
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
et les problématiques de tracking digital

▪️Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion du marquage (Commanders Act, Google Tag Manager ou équivalent)

▪️Expérience en gestion de projet digital, data ou martech dans un environnement international

▪️Connaissance des plateformes publicitaires digitales (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

▪️Maîtrise d’au moins un outil de data visualisation : Power BI, Looker Studio ou Qlik

▪️Expérience dans les environnements e-commerce et compréhension des enjeux de performance digitale

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Design and improve data pipelines.
  Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability.
  Work closely with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and improve the robustness of reporting and analytics systems.
• Develop internal data products and tooling.
  Help build scalable solutions (e.g., reporting engines, forecasting tools) used by product teams across the company.
• Support platform-wide decision-making.
  Partner with multiple teams to provide the analytical and modeling backbone for business planning and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work and uncover insights.
  Use AI tools to move faster, surface ideas and opportunities, and study competing products and trends.

  Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Basic Qualifications:

Vos missions

Au sein des équipes d'IVIDATA Life Sciences et en collaboration avec nos clients issus des secteurs pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, vous interviendrez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée, en tant que
Lead Biostatisticien Clinique
pour :

• Incarner le référent statistique unique auprès des équipes projet et participer activement aux réunions cliniques et stratégiques
• Rédiger et valider les documents d'étude clés : synopsis, protocoles, plans d'analyse statistique (SAP), spécifications de randomisation et shells TFLs
• Superviser les activités statistiques sous-traitées aux CROs, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes de qualité des données
• Co-rédiger l'interprétation des résultats et définir les messages clés en lien étroit avec les équipes médicales et cliniques
• Contribuer activement aux dossiers réglementaires (Module 2.5/2.7, CSR) et aux publications scientifiques en collaboration avec les Medical Writers
• Assurer la communication et la défense des résultats auprès des partenaires cliniques, institutionnels et des autorités réglementaires
• Garantir la conformité de la documentation statistique au sein du TMF

Votre profil

• Formation :
  BAC+5 ou PhD en statistiques, biostatistique ou informatique décisionnelle (ENSAI, ISUP, Master 2 ou Doctorat)
• Expérience :

  6 ans d'expérience
  au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique, d'une biotech ou en CRO sur un poste similaire, avec une implication dès les phases précoces du développement clinique.
