We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support critical IT Service Management processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, developing custom applications and integrations, automating business processes, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable value to the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous evolution of enterprise IT services.

This is you

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.

• Strong experience with JavaScript, XML, and HTML.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:

  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Request Management
  • CMDB
  • Knowledge Management

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM); ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.

• Experience troubleshooting complex software applications, integrations, and platform issues.

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow workflows, custom applications, and automation solutions.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.

• Proficiency with:

  • ServiceNow Studio
  • Glide API
  • Flow Designer
  • ServiceNow Scripting

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of ITSM data models, reporting, and data governance.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying current with ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.

This is your role

• Monitor the health, performance, usage, and compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom applications, workflows, and platform functionality.
• Configure SLAs, catalog items, workflows, assignment rules, approval rules, forms, lists, UI Pages, and other platform components.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
• Develop automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management, following ITIL best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow data models, tables, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate ServiceNow platform and application upgrades.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, security, and application issues throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Perform system, integration, functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and validation.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, operational procedures, and user guides.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and support CI/CD pipeline initiatives for ServiceNow deployments.
• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications that support business objectives.
• Enhance existing ITSM modules through process optimization and user interface improvements.
• Work closely with IT, business partners, architects, and DevOps teams to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, sprint reviews, and ongoing delivery activities.
• Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for ServiceNow platform-related incidents.
• Report project progress, technical risks, and solution recommendations to technical leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about new ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and emerging best practices to drive continuous platform improvement.

• Perform installation of hypervisors and operating systems, including initial security hardening.
• Develop automation scripts for configuration and compliance (PowerShell, Bash).
• Implement and maintain security hardening measures for Windows and Linux systems.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure backup and monitoring system
  You should have:* Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Understanding of Git.
• Willingness to learn about cybersecurity, system hardening, and DevOps practices.
• Interest in modern technologies such as AI and AI-assisted automation.
• Availability for longterm commitment - at least 1 year

YOU ARE

As an AI/ML Computational Scientist, you will design, build, and operationalize artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients, combining custom models with cloud and third-party AI services to deliver production-ready outcomes. Your role spans the full solution lifecycle — assessing client needs and data, selecting and customizing models (including Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models), designing scalable data and DevOps & MLOps pipelines for training and production, and ensuring quality, value, and reliability of deployed systems.

THE WORK

• Formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and computational systems; design and build scalable data pipelines to support model training and production with DevOps & MLOps
• Customize and apply Deep Learning and Gen AI models for various use cases based on the business needs, data availability, system and infrastructure requirements - including edge device and HPC
• Engage in research and development of new AI and high-performance compute algorithms, models, and simulations along with their applications to solve complex business problems at client sites
• Work with large-scale datasets and utilize data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for training and production
• Implement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms for models and knowledge using appropriate tools
• Justify the value of model approaches in business problems
• Collaborate with teams from both business and technical sides, including users, use case representatives, business owners, engineers, architects, and UI designers, to achieve end-to-end project goals and integrate into production

EDUCATION

• • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist, deploying models in production at scale , including monitoring, alerting, automatic bug filing and auditing.

• Experience in applying theoretical foundations of computer science, including computer system architecture, system engineering, and programming

• Hands-on experience in distributed computing systems and architecture that may include big data, high-performance compute, engineering simulations, scientific compute, grid and cloud computing, distributed networks

• Experience in building and deploying AI/ML based software to a cloud environment.
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Proficiency in Python and python-based AI/ML framework and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)..

• Experience working with language models like LLM's APIs and optimizing their usage for specific applications.

• Experience with the following programming languages: Python, C++, Java, R, SQL

• Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong client-facing skillsets in a consulting environment

• Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and client-side teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity and passion for emergent tech and driving innovation

• MS or PhD in related field preferred (computer science, engineering, etc.)
