Brief Role Description
Hľadáme kvalifikovaného a skúseného Kubernetes Systémového Inžiniera, ktorý by sa pridal do nášho mladého a rýchlo rastúceho Cloudového tímu. Ideálny kandidát by mal mať silné skúsenosti s riadením produkčných Kubernetes clustrov, preukázateľné znalosti Kubernetes networkingu a demonštrovať odbornosť pri riešení kritických a zložitých technických problémov. Úspešný kandidát bude zohrávať kľúčovú rolu pri podpore našich projektov bežiacich na našej Kubernetes platforme a zabezpečovať bezpečné a efektívne riadenie Kubernetes clustrov na popredných poskytovateľoch cloudu, ako sú AWS, Azure alebo GCP.

• Vytváranie a manažovanie produkčných Kubernetes clustrov
• Riešenie kritických a zložitých technických problémov súvisiacich s Kubernetes riešeniami
• Deployment aplikácií na Kubernetes clustroch
• Bezpečné riadenie Kubernetes zväzkov na aspoň jednom z poskytovateľov cloudu (AWS, Azure, alebo GCP)
• Manažovanie secretov a implementácia najlepších bezpečnostných postupov
• Dobrá znalosť kľúčových konceptov Kubernetes (Deployment, ReplicaSet, DaemonSet, Statefulsets, Jobs)
• Konfigurácia a riadenie Ingress Controllerov (napr. Nginx) a cloudu-native loadbalancerov
• Riadenie komponentov úložiska v Kubernetes (PV, PVC, Storage Classes, Provisioners)
• Implementácia a optimalizácia sietí Kubernetes (Services, Endpoints, DNS, LoadBalancers)
• Nastavenie kvót pre zdroje a zabezpečenie efektívneho využitia zdrojov
• Nastavenie monitoringu a výstrahy pre Kubernetes cluster pomocou open-source nástrojov ako Grafana a Prometheus
• Spolupráca so stakeholdermi a porozumenie ich predstáv o architektúre a prevádzke, neustále zlepšovanie podpory pre Kubernetes
• Práca v tíme Scrum/Kanban a aktívny príspevok k DevOps kultúre
• Využívanie nástrojov ako HELM, Ansible a Terraform pre efektívne nasadenie a riadenie infraštruktúry

Osobnostné predpoklady a technické zručnosti

• Certifikácia v oblasti správy Kubernetes (CKA) a vývoja aplikácií (CKAD) je výhodou

Your role:
The Genesys Cloud CX Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Genesys Cloud CX platform following a recent deployment, while contributing to the broader contact center transformation across the company. The role combines technical engineering, solution design, platform support, integration, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, secure, and effective omnichannel customer engagement capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and evolve the Genesys Cloud CX platform to meet operational and strategic business needs
• Design, configure, and enhance omnichannel customer journeys across voice and digital channels
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound call flows, IVR, queues, routing logic, and agent configurations
• Configure and optimize routing strategies to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness
• Support integrations between Genesys Cloud CX and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with external support for production incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Contribute to platform architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices
• Support platform updates, testing, automation, and adoption of new capabilities including AI-driven features, chatbots, and analytics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Telecom Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Help establish internal capability, governance, and sustainable support models for the long-term development of the platform

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center technology environments, including strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX
• Strong technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX platform configuration, administration, and support
• Good understanding of CCaaS architecture and enterprise contact center solution design
• Experience with queuing, routing, interaction models, and omnichannel communication flows
• Experience designing or supporting integrations using APIs, web services, and cloud integration patterns
• Experience in production support, incident management, and technical troubleshooting
• Understanding of security considerations and best practices in cloud-based customer engagement platforms
• Proven ability to contribute to large-scale platform deployments, enhancements, or transformation initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

• Experience with the Genesys Cloud Terraform provider or CX as Code approaches

Job Description
As an Agile Test Engineer, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of our product. You will be responsible for designing and implementing both functional and non-functional test cases and automating tests within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features, requirements, and user stories, ensuring the testability of the XDR solution.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using tools such as Cypress, Python, and other relevant testing frameworks.
• Validate the accuracy, scalability, and performance of the solution, particularly in handling large-scale event data.
• Conduct API, integration, and database testing, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and services in the tech stack.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites, ensuring high code coverage and identifying potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Work with AWS cloud services and big data technologies to ensure the solution remains performant and robust.
• Implement continuous testing within the CI/CD pipeline, promoting test-driven development and providing quick feedback to developers.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve test processes, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile development environment.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer with a focus on automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks for backend and performance testing.
• Experience testing big data solutions and working with distributed data storage technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies; AWS knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ability to write complex database queries for validation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 3000 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
