O stanowisku:

Jako Lider/ka zespołu Platforms & Infrastructure obejmiesz odpowiedzialność za nowo utworzony obszar w strukturze IT. Obowiązki:

• Zarządzanie zespołem specjalistów — koordynacja pracy, priorytetyzacja, rozwój kompetencji i budowanie efektywności
• Odpowiedzialność za całość infrastruktury IT: serwerownie, sieci, wirtualizację, storage, backup, środowiska chmurowe i hybrydowe
• Administracja i konfiguracja środowisk IT — środowiska produkcyjne, testowe i deweloperskie: utrzymanie, hardening, standaryzacja konfiguracji, zarządzanie zmianą
• Budowa i rozwój praktyk CI/CD — automatyzacja procesów budowania, testowania i wdrażania, pipeline’y, infrastructure as code, konteneryzacja, itd
• Definiowanie i realizacja roadmapy technologicznej działu w zgodzie z architekturą docelową IT i strategią transformacji
• Zapewnienie ciągłości działania, dostępności i wydajności usług infrastrukturalnych (SLA, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, patch management)
• Zarządzanie budżetem działu, umowami i relacjami z dostawcami (negocjacje, rozliczenia, egzekwowanie SLA)
• Ścisła współpraca z pozostałymi obszarami IT oraz z zespołem bezpieczeństwa
• Współpraca ze strukturami korporacyjnymi grupy — dostosowanie do standardów grupowych i udział w inicjatywach ponadlokalnych
• Identyfikacja i redukcja długu technologicznego, standaryzacja i automatyzacja środowiska

Wymagania:

• Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze infrastruktury i platform IT, w tym min. 3 lata na stanowisku kierowniczym (zarządzanie zespołem)
• Praktyczna, szeroka wiedza z zakresu infrastruktury: sieci, wirtualizacja, storage, systemy operacyjne, środowiska chmurowe (Azure/AWS) i hybrydowe
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu usługami IT w oparciu o praktyki ITIL (incident, problem, change, capacity, patch management)
• Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu wdrożeń narzędzi i praktyk CICD
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu budżetem i dostawcami zewnętrznymi
• Umiejętność budowania zespołu i przewodzenia zmianie — mile widziane doświadczenie w tworzeniu struktur od podstaw lub w środowisku transformacji
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego (min. B2)
• Dojrzałość menedżerska: samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, umiejętność podejmowania decyzji warunkach niepewności

Mile widziane:

Cybersecurity Engineer.
Responsibilities

• Provide PKI infrastructure operations and maintenance, including certificate lifecycle and cryptographic key management.
• Support security monitoring, incident handling, and user assistance activities.
• Contribute to PKI architecture improvements and integration with cloud and identity management solutions.
• Manage security logging and monitoring platforms, including logging strategy, threat intelligence integration, use-case engineering, and security orchestration.
• Perform vulnerability management activities, including scanning, risk prioritisation, remediation gonvernance, exposure analysis, and reporting.
• Support application security operations testing, including SAST and DAST, platform management, findings coordination, and automation.
• Operate and maintain PAM platforms, including privileged account lifecycle management, segregation controls, access reviews, credential management, and compliance support.
• Develop, implement, maintain, test, and upgrade cybersecurity solutions and controls.
• Monitor the effectiveness and performance of cybersecurity controls and ensure secure operation of security technologies.
• Draft documentation and standard operating procedures, update technical documentation, and support stakeholders in defining and negotiating security requirements.
• Provide expertise, guidance, and secure configuration recommendations for security tools and processes.
• Handle escalated incidents and service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate ticket updates.
• Support users and customers on cybersecurity-related matters and secure system configurations.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

We are looking for an Equity Trading Business Specialist (Senior/Expert) to strengthen our Equity DevOps area. The Equity DevOps team is a group of senior technologists, responsible for Nordea’s equity trading platforms. About This Opportunity
Up to a billion transactions are handled by this infrastructure daily, the majority driven by automated trading logic with high demands on performance, stability and scalability under load. The platforms are required to handle extreme market conditions, including once-in-a-decade market crashes and rallies. You will be closely cooperating with the development and trading teams in our headquarters in central Stockholm and Copenhagen and will be one of a few people responsible for supporting and improving the way of working for our traders. Nordea Technology is organized around competence areas, such as SW Development, IT Analysis and Application Maintenance. Your home will be in the Application Maintenance capability. Engineers from the various competence areas come together in DevOps teams, which is where the business value is delivered through projects or application maintenance and support. You will be part in one of the Equity DevOps teams. In Application Maintenance you will drive the best practices and standards around how Nordea delivers application maintenance, while in Equities DevOps team you will deliver solutions around the trading applications.

About Our Team
Meet the Front Office Appllication Maintenance Equity Trading Solutions team. Our role is to provide application support to Nordea’s equity trading desks. As Equity Trading Business Specialist (Senior/Expert), you’ll play a valuable role in keeping the lights on in our application area. You will also participate in projects and discussions with business and will to some extent coordinate work within the sub-team.

You’ll join a team of 10 skilled engineers focused on delivering business value. The role is based in Poland, ideally Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia), and mandatory 3 days a week presence is office is required.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Component Upgrades in Front Arena space
• Refining the decoupling legacy flows (Front Arena)
• Performance improvement of OMNI, Front Arena
• Taking care of more complicated issues, requiring involving several teams
• Working with Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Constantly working on simplifying and modernizing the trading applications
• Managing automation projects for supported applications and working environment
• Maintaining and expanding our business flow monitoring
• Creating and updating knowledge base
• Maintaining relations with stakeholders (Traders)
• Translating business requirements into IT language and ensuring timely delivery
• Taking part in multiple projects for the area
• Communicating with vendor support teams

• You are flexible in terms of task stack (operations / development / analysis)
• You have experience supporting business critical application in high pace environment
• You understand on basic level lifecycle of application/development
• You are interested in, how backend of trading works
• You are good at shifting priorities and self-managing your workload
