Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.

As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• playing a leading role in budgeting and reforecasting cycles: consolidating data, reviewing assumptions, preparing final plans
• preparing monthly performance reviews, explaining variances, identifying risks and opportunities, with actionable business insights
• developing financial models linking operational KPIs with revenue, costs, cash flows, and profitability
• conducting detailed P&L analysis: understanding business drivers and identifying optimization opportunities
• creating management reports, dashboards, and presentations for top management and stakeholders
• acting as a financial partner for business units and functional leaders in strategic decision-making
• evaluating profitability by products, segments, geographies, and initiatives (unit economics)
• collaborating with BI/Data teams: defining dashboard requirements and ensuring data quality

Challenges For Three Months

• learning the Company’s business model, key revenue streams, cost structure, and the main drivers influencing company performance
• successfully completing at least one Monthly Performance Review cycle, ensuring high-quality analytics, meaningful commentary, and absolute data accuracy
• taking ownership of variance analysis and performance evaluation for at least one major business unit or P&L segment
• contributing to the budgeting or reforecasting process by consolidating input data, constructively challenging colleagues’ assumptions, and contributing to the development of high-quality and well-substantiated financial plans

To Achieve The Results, You Will Need

• at least 5 years of experience in finance (FP&A, management accounting, or related areas)
• a deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and how management decisions impact all three financial statements
• hands-on experience with full budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles, from data collection to final plan preparation
• the ability to build complex financial models, conduct variance analysis, and transform data into actionable business insights
• experience in working with senior stakeholders: confidently challenging assumptions and influencing decisions through data
• the ability to clearly and concisely present financial topics to both CFOs and non-financial audiences; skills of preparing high-quality reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

How do you manage your working hours?

• Flexible schedule based on role responsibilities
• Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation

Ваші основні завдання:

• Розвиток, запуск і вдосконалення програм лояльності, залученості та винагород для клієнтів;

Наші очікування:

• Вища освіта у сфері маркетингу, економіки або бізнесу;
• Від 3 років досвіду управління продуктами та/або проєктами;
• Досвід роботи з клієнтськими програмами лояльності, retention або customer engagement буде перевагою;
• Сильні аналітичні навички, досвід роботи з KPI та підготовки бізнес-кейсів;
• Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate та навички ефективної взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами.

• Розвивати існуючі продукти та впроваджувати нові сервіси, формувати бізнес-вимоги й керувати портфелем продуктових ініціатив
• Будувати фінансові моделі, прогнозувати результативність нових продуктів і оцінювати їх ефективність
• Аналізувати ключові показники, порівнювати планові та фактичні результати, формувати рекомендації для покращення бізнес-результатів
• Розробляти звітність, автоматизовувати аналітичні процеси та вдосконалювати інструменти аналізу даних
• Формувати та актуалізувати тарифні моделі для продуктів напрямку

About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and business‑savvy
Senior Sales Finance Analyst
to support our commercial organization with deep analytical insights, advanced reporting, and strategic recommendations. This role requires someone who is not only strong in data analysis but also confident in
presenting insights directly to senior leadership, sales teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders
You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving revenue performance through data‑driven decision‑making

Your responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning

• Lead the sales forecasting processes in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance team
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with robust data models and scenario analysis
• Lead planning processes submission into SAP Analytics Clouds (SAC) system
• Produce analyses that drive actionable insight, directly influencing sales strategies and brand growth

Sales Performance & Insights

• Analyse sales performance across channels, products, and customers
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact revenue and profitability
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support sales strategy and execution
• Drive profitability through pricing and TS management as well mix improvements

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing team
• Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, promotions, customer negotiations, and go‑to‑market initiatives
• Active participate in business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions

Data Preparation & Presentation

• Participate in preparing data for internal and external meetings
• Be ready to present insights clearly and confidently to senior management, sales leadership, and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of all materials presented

The experience we're looking for

• Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics
• Progress toward CIMA qualification — minimum 2/3 completed, holding the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, or at least the Diploma in Performance Management (P2 + P1)
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to confidently present analytical insights to senior leadership
• 10 + years of experience in sales analytics, commercial finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with SAC, Fusion is a strong advantage
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and commercial drivers
• An entrepreneurial approach to problem‑solving, proactively identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and improve commercial performance
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines.
