The
Strategy & Consulting - Global Network - SONG
practice is aligned to Accenture Song and works with clients across their marketing, commerce/sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, commerce/sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our Conversational AI Customer Services team as an Analyst. This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of customer experience, artificial intelligence, and language technologies.

The Analyst will help design, test, monitor, improve, and support AI-powered customer interactions across voice and digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, curious about customer behavior, and interested in how conversational systems can create better customer experiences.

This position offers hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies including conversational AI platforms, voice automation, natural language processing (NLP), speech technologies, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and customer experience analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Conversational AI Operations

  • Support the configuration, testing, and optimization of conversational AI solutions.

  • Review customer interactions and identify opportunities to improve conversation quality and containment rates.

  • Assist in maintaining conversational flows, intents, prompts, and knowledge content.

  • Monitor AI performance metrics and customer experience outcomes.

Customer Experience Analysis

  • Analyze customer conversations across voice and digital channels.

  • Identify recurring customer issues, intents, and interaction patterns.

  • Document findings and recommend improvements to customer journeys.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Report defects and support troubleshooting activities with technical teams.

  • Participate in testing new features and enhancements before production deployment.

Data & Reporting

  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance indicators.

  • Analyze conversation data and customer feedback.

  • Support root cause analysis for unsuccessful customer interactions.

  • Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.

Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, customer service, product, and business teams.

  • Participate in workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and design discussions.

  • Support deployment and adoption of AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

Job Location:
Mexico City or Monterrey

Mandatory qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed

  • 0-1 year of experience of experience in Conversational AI platform operations.

  • English Advanced

  • Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of programming concepts.

Familiarity with at least one language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.

Understanding of APIs, web services, or system integrations is a plus.

Basic knowledge of databases and data analysis concepts.

Familiarity with cloud technologies is desirable.

Como
Becario de Supply Chain
apoyarás en el diseño e implementación de un modelo automatizado de integración y procesamiento de datos mediante la extracción, transformación y consolidación (ETL) de información proveniente de ERP (BPCS), archivos Excel y sistemas externos, con el fin de generar reportes de cumplimiento del área de manera automática y estandarizada. El proyecto contempla el desarrollo de herramientas en Excel (macros) y Power BI para la visualización dinámica de KPIs, Asegurando consistencia, trazabilidad y disponibilidad oportuna de la información para la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué harás?
Extracción y consolidación de datos desde ERP (BPCS), Excel y sistemas externos en una base centralizada.

Depuración, validación y estandarización de información para asegurar calidad y consistencia de datos.

Desarrollo de automatizaciones en Excel (macros) para la generación de reportes de cumplimiento.

Creación de dashboards interactivos en Power BI para visualización de KPIs de Supply Chain.

Documentación de procesos, modelos de datos y reportes desarrollados para asegurar su continuidad.

Cualificaciones requeridas
Estudiante activo a partir del 6° semestre en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Computación, Tecnologías de la información o afín.

Conocimientos en Excel (macros), Power BI

Bain Capability Network (BCN) Private Equity Group (PEG) CoE provides specialized support to global teams across the private equity value chain, enabling clients to make key investment decisions. We provide an opportunity to solve challenging business problems in a dynamic set-up working closely with global Bain teams, acting as a thought-partner with daily deliverables.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE

As an Associate, you are responsible for completing deliverables assigned to you, while ensuring zero defects. You must actively participate in and contribute towards brainstorming of solutions, work planning and conducting thorough quality checks of work done by other team members, if needed. You must keep the project leader/ Manager updated on the case progress while at the same time highlighting roadblocks. You could also be responsible for communicating insights and present answers derived from analysis to case and/or practice teams

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Case delivery: Quantitative research/ Surveys

  • Prepare research designs, sampling plans, and survey instruments for both B2B and B2C surveys
  • Provide inputs to stakeholders on best approach, vendor choice and cost overview of the projects
  • Deliver end-to-end on research projects, including, case team briefing, fieldwork monitoring, fraud/ quality control, maintaining vendor relationships and reporting
  • Conduct survey data analytics to identify patterns and trends using tools like MS Excel
  • Perform thorough quality checks in their work including pressure-testing the insights
  • Create high-quality presentations, dashboards, and written outputs by leveraging rigorous data analysis and synthesizing insights across project workstreams to directly address key hypotheses

Case delivery: Qualitative research

  • Conduct primary research interviews and calls with senior stakeholders (e.g., CXOs, functional leaders, industry experts) and synthesize the insights
  • Manage set-up and delivery of AI-led/ enabled interviews and synthesis of insights

Beyond case delivery

  • Stay ahead of latest industry trends and new tools and technologies in quantitative primary research
  • Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior
  • Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
  • Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic performance and 0-2 years of relevant experience in a global multinational corporation, with exposure to management consulting and business analytics, or an MBA/ post-graduate with 0-3 years of relevant experience (consulting background preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Learning agility to internalize new ways of working, pick new analytical tools, and adapt to ever changing project expectations and client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and present to senior stakeholder
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SPSS and AI tools is a plus
  • Prior exposure to quantitative research in CP&R, technology, or healthcare is preferred
  • Prior exposure to primary qualitative research is a plus but not mandatory
  • Prior experience with secondary research using public or subscription databases is a plus but not mandatory

Description
Aurora Energy Research is looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience, with a passion for the energy sector to join our Research team in Mexico.

Based in Mexico City (CDMX), you will contribute to the firm by developing analysis and conveying insights to enhance clients’ decision making. You will play an active role in all aspects of client engagement: helping identify issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

The successful applicants will combine technical strength with a strong track record of leadership, dedication, and performance in team-oriented environments. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic, and intellectually stimulating, yet supportive environment. They will enjoy autonomy, the opportunity to substantially influence major decisions in the energy sector, and to grow into industry experts under the guidance of directors with deep experience addressing major strategic issues at the world’s leading advisory firms.

The position suits recent graduates of a bachelor’s or master’s program, as well as early-career professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance clients’ decision making
  • Work closely with our modelling team, structuring economic problems into quantifiable analyses and deriving insights from the model results
  • Contribute to Aurora’s product development, by identifying new opportunities and expanding our capabilities

What we are looking for
Required attributes:

  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the energy sector or in consulting (strategy, economic, or financial).
  • Degree in a quantitative subject (Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Finance) with a strong academic record and outstanding Grade Point Average
  • Interest in or knowledge of power markets and associated policy frameworks
  • An ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data and information
  • Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish (C2 level)

Desirable attributes:

  • Existing knowledge of the Mexican market and energy markets in general
  • Competence in advanced data analytics (e.g. Python, Advanced Excel)

What You'll Do

Who You Are
