About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
CRM Engineer – ServiceNow
to drive the design and development of customer-centric solutions within our Global ServiceNow Portfolio organization. In this role, you will build and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities, intelligent customer workflows, and
AI-powered automation solutions
that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Working closely with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams across regions, you will contribute to the development of innovative CRM accelerators, reusable frameworks, and next-generation ServiceNow capabilities, helping shape the future of customer operations and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM-related workflows, enterprise service modules, and custom applications.
  • Build and enhance customer service capabilities including case management, omnichannel engagement, customer self-service, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
  • Develop intelligent customer workflows leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, integrations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalogs, and scoped applications using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Design and implement integrations with CRM and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies.
  • Contribute to CMDB, CSDM, service modeling, and customer operations transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities while promoting engineering excellence.
  • Support testing, deployment, platform upgrades, release management, and post-production stabilization activities.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and customer-focused workflow automation.
  • Experience implementing case management, customer lifecycle processes, omnichannel support, self-service portals, and knowledge-driven support solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, Service Catalog, HRSD, ITOM, or Custom Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI Search, or Predictive Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM framework, service modeling concepts, scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration approaches.
  • Understanding of digital customer engagement and CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Experience designing AI-powered customer support and conversational automation solutions.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and DevOps-driven organizations.

About The Role
We're seeking a
Full Stack Engineer
to join the core platform engineering team, focusing on developing, scaling, and maintaining mission-critical software for defense logistics. This role involves integrating with legacy systems and supporting high-impact workflows, directly contributing to the reliability and scalability of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality across frontend interfaces, backend services, and APIs.
  • Implement integrations with external systems, including legacy government and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with forward-deployed teams to translate customer requirements into production-ready features.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
  • Support the onboarding and technical development of new engineering team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering real projects and products to production.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with experience in at least one frontend framework such as React, Svelte, or Next.js.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • Willingness to relocate to the US - mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
  • Equity: 0.05% – 0.3% real equity.
  • Onsite work model based in Warsaw.

Job Description
We are looking for a
ServiceNow Developer
to join the
Sopra Steria Polska
team and contribute to the projects for our clients.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the ITSM module.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
  • Implement new functionalities and enhancements in accordance with business and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Review, optimize, and refactor custom code to ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation activities.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable platform operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

Must Have Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
  • Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English B2/C1.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
  • Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.

Nice to Have

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HRSD, SLO, ITOM, or similar.
  • French B2/C1.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, with an emphasis on AI/ML, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in software development.

Job Description
The Full Stack Engineer, MDS IIM, is a member of the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) Digital R&D team. They work closely with the MSC Engineering teams to support the End-to-End (E2E) IIM process through project portfolio management solutions, engaging cross-functionally to ensure products deliver against defined business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards the development of deployable IIM product increments
  • Develop and/or configure front-end and back-end technology to satisfy product requirements
  • Define technical tasks and accurately size and estimate the effort required to deliver technical solutions
  • Assure software quality and perform end-to-end testing
  • Support the troubleshooting of technical questions and issues
  • Develop, build, configure, customise, integrate, and test high-quality solutions based on functional and technical requirements
  • Adhere to business and technical standards, policies, and procedures throughout the software delivery lifecycle
  • Follow Agile methodologies and principles through work outputs and behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with Product Team members (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst) to ideate and shape software solutions

  • Product Team – Collaborate to design, develop, document, and test technical solutions that satisfy product requirements
