Working closely with audit, business, and technology stakeholders, you will support the development of monitoring solutions, perform data-driven analyses to identify risks and control gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen audit and internal control processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assist in designing, building, and implementing data analytics scripts, models, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to identify control weaknesses, anomalies, and potential risks while creating reliable datasets for audit testing from enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Help translate audit objectives and business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, integrity, and reliability of audit findings.
- Contribute to building and maintaining automated Continuous Auditing (CA) and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solutions, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
- Support the full lifecycle of Continuous Auditing (CA) and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) initiatives, from conceptualization and solution design through deployment, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) for prompt engineering, code optimization, and the development of AI agents with low-code platforms such as Copilot Studio.
- Perform ad hoc data analyses and support audit engagements, communicating findings through clear visualizations and reports for audit leadership and business stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Information Technology (IT), business process owners, and internal audit teams to understand data structures, ensure data access, and align on project objectives while supporting effective delivery of analytics-driven audit outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional experience (typically 2+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence, audit, or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, including SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI, as well as querying large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, combined with a foundational understanding of internal controls, risk analysis, and audit principles.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members, presenting insights clearly and communicating effectively in business-fluent English.
- Proactive, curious, and hands-on team player with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time, while continuously developing expertise in data analytics, continuous monitoring, and audit-related processes.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally (up to ~30%) to collaborate with global teams and support audit engagements on-site.
