Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with basic machine learning/neural network concepts to
understand how your contributions train the product
- Become an expert in each iteration of our tooling and projects
- Continuous improvement towards above standard quality and quantity, as set
by leadership
- Consistent communication regarding labeling efficiency and effectiveness for
continual refinement of processes
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent process
implementation
- Communicate errors/corner cases/systematic misunderstanding with
leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor degree in Technical field
- Prior 2D or 3D annotation experience
- Experience building or iterating on existing processes and tools
- Experience tracking and documenting all tasks and moving parts within data
annotation and curation
- Previous startup experience, or experience part of a team with daily/weekly
changes and ability to keep track of these through communication over slack
and weekly meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of project ownership and personal accountability
- High attention to detail
- Adept with mouse and keyboard
- High level of engagement and focus
