We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design, develop, maintain, and test reliable, secure, and scalable applications built on .NET Core/C# with RESTful Web APIs and a React front end. They leverage cloud-native technologies—including serverless architecture where appropriate—as well as on-premises resources, and adopt DevOps/CI/CD practices throughout the SDLC. The role consistently applies SOLID and Clean Code principles, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and ensures solutions align with business objectives and security best practices.

What will you do:

• Act with professionalism, ethics and a high sense of responsibility and collegiality, at all times
• Design, code, and test full-stack applications using .NET Core/C# (RESTful Web APIs) for back end and React JS or Blazor for front end, including the integration of external APIs, automation services, and managed AI capabilities where required, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in technical analysis and solution design, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate
• Design and implement database schemas and optimize data access primarily on SQL Server
• Leverage cloud-native technologies (e.g., containers, orchestration, serverless patterns, and managed cloud or AI services) alongside on-premises resources to build and deploy secure, reliable, and scalable applications
• Incorporate DevOps practices in day-to-day activities—CI/CD pipelines and automated testing—to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality
• Apply SDLC discipline, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices; maintain high-quality technical documentation (designs/ADRs) and perform thorough code reviews
• Implement security best practices, including appropriate data protection and access controls when integrating external or AI-enabled services, and designs for scalability to ensure systems remain resilient as business needs evolve
• Implement unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA/QA Automation to expand test coverage and integrate automated tests into CI/CD
• Use Git effectively with established branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow or trunk-based) and actively participate in pull-request reviews
• Participate as 2nd or 3rd Level support in incident or problem management activities with regard to applications developed in-house
• Continuously learn and evaluate technologies, including emerging AI-assisted and AI-enabled development capabilities; propose improvements and develops/enhances solutions to support core business, automation, and digitalization needs, participating in proofs of concept where appropriate

What you need to be successful:

• A BSc in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant working experience as a software developer in Microsoft .NET (full framework and/or .NET Core). Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development, working across the complete software development lifecycle
• Ability to build scalable and responsive web applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks, with hands-on experience in C#, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• 3+ years of experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue; familiarity with Blazor is considered a plus
• Experience with relational databases (such as SQL Server), including schema design, querying, query optimization και integration in enterprise applications
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, including continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub Actions
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, including serverless patterns, containers such as Docker, external APIs, and managed cloud services, and working knowledge of both cloud and on-premises architectures. Exposure to the integration of AI-enabled services would be considered an advantage
• AI-assisted and AI-enabled development: Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or equivalent tools for code generation, refactoring, test authoring, and documentation, including effective prompting and safe and compliant usage. Basic understanding of how pre-trained AI models and managed AI services can be consumed through APIs and integrated into software applications would be considered an advantage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Core: C#, .NET Core, Web API/REST/JSON, React JS, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Entity Framework, SQL Server, cloud-native (including serverless), containers (Docker), Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, SOLID and Clean Code principles, SDLC discipline, code reviews, and documentation
• AI-assisted development: GitHub Copilot (Visual Studio/VS Code), effective prompt design for code generation, refactoring, and test authoring; safe and compliant usage
• Nice-to-have / Legacy exposure: ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Angular, Vue, SOAP, XAML, DevExpress
• Exposure to Azure AI services, intelligent document processing, generative AI APIs, workflow automation, or similar technologies would be considered an advantage
• At least one of the following Certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204),Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex technical issues

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP Master Data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of material and vendor records
• Create, classify, code, and update material master records for a wide range of products and materials within SAP
• Monitor and improve data quality by identifying duplicates, inaccuracies, missing information, and outdated records

, you will lead and grow multiple delivery teams in our Data Intelligence & AI practice, owning a portfolio of cloud data lake and lakehouse engagements on Azure, AWS or Databricks. You will set technical direction, shape how AI coding assistants and agentic workflows reshape data engineering delivery, lead pre-sales and bids, and grow the Leads who run individual engagements — while staying technically credible enough to go deep when it matters.

As a Principal Data Engineer You Will

• Lead and grow multiple delivery teams of Cloud Data Management and Data Lake Engineers, managing Leads and Engineering Managers, setting technical direction and coaching at scale.
• Own a portfolio of client engagements end-to-end — delivery quality, commercial health, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Shape technical strategy and architecture standards for cloud-native data lakes and lakehouses (Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg) on Azure, AWS or Databricks, and drive AI-powered transformation across the practice — including how AI coding assistants and agentic workflows reshape delivery.
• Lead pre-sales and commercial activities: solution design, technical estimations, bids, and client conversations.
• Partner with the Head of Data Management and BI Engineering on practice growth — hiring, capability roadmap and market positioning — and build cross-practice partnerships with AI/ML, BI and application leadership.
• Champion engineering excellence and DataOps maturity — CI/CD for data, IaC, security, observability and governance.

Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:

• Senior-level experience in data engineering / cloud data management, including experience managing managers or leads.
• Hands-on architecture experience across at least one major cloud data platform — Azure, AWS or Databricks — including data lake / lakehouse design.
• Solid technical credibility with SQL, Python, Spark and workflow orchestration — comfortable going deep in design reviews when needed.
• Experience setting standards for performance, cost, security and data quality across multiple engagements.
• Strong communication and coaching mindset for the Leads you grow.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Hands-on with AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot-class tools, LLM-based agents).
• Experience with GenAI / ML enablement patterns on top of data platforms — vector stores, RAG architectures.
• Experience with data governance platforms (Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, Collibra or Atlan).
• Experience with dbt for in-warehouse / in-lakehouse transformations, or exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with streaming technologies, Kubernetes, or DevOps / IaC tooling.

Αναζητούμε Junior Enterprise Data & Analytics Engineer που επιθυμεί να συμμετάσχει ενεργά στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό της Τράπεζας και ειδικότερα στη δημιουργία της επόμενης γενιάς του Enterprise Data Platform, μέσω του σχεδιασμού και της υλοποίησης λύσεων Data Engineering που αποτελούν τη βάση για σύγχρονες εφαρμογές Analytics, Insights και AI, και υποστηρίζουν τη λήψη επιχειρηματικών αποφάσεων. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη σύγχρονων λύσεων Data Engineering αξιοποιώντας cloud τεχνολογίες και σύγχρονες πρακτικές ανάπτυξης, κατανοώντας τις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες και ανάγκες.
• Ανάπτυξη και βελτιστοποίηση cloud-native data pipelines και Enterprise Data Products.
• Συμμετοχή στον εκσυγχρονισμό υφιστάμενων εφαρμογών μέσω νέων τεχνολογιών και Agile πρακτικών.
• Βελτίωση της απόδοσης, αξιοπιστίας και επεκτασιμότητας των data platforms.
• Εντοπισμός σημείων προς βελτίωση σε υφιστάμενες λειτουργικότητες και επιμέλεια της ανάπτυξης αυτών.
• Ανάλυση λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων και μετατροπή τους σε αρχιτεκτονική και μηχανογραφική λύση.

• Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημιακής Εκπαίδευσης Πληροφορικής / Θετικής / Τεχνολογικής / Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης ή Πολυτεχνείου
• Πρόσφατη εμπειρία 1-3 ετών ως Data Engineer, με συμμετοχή σε έργα πληροφορικής σχεδιασμού/υλοποίησης βάσεων δεδομένων και αναφορών
• Ψηφιακές δεξιότητες/ τεχνικές γνώσεις σε ένα ή περισσότερα από τα παρακάτω:
• Ευχέρεια στη χρήση σύγχρονων γλωσσών προγραμματισμού, με εμπειρία σε SQL και τουλάχιστον μία σύγχρονη γλώσσα προγραμματισμού (π.χ. Python, PySpark, pySQL)
• Εμπειρία στη χρήση και σχεδιασμό σχεσιακών βάσεων δεδομένων (SQL Server ή αντίστοιχες τεχνολογίες).
• Εξοικείωση με τεχνολογίες Cloud Data Engineering
• Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία σχεδιασμού αναφορών π.χ. PowerBI
