Media Data Platform team owns the collection, distribution of media data and operates services that provide near real-time operational views of consumer touchpoints. We maximise capture, storage, analysis of our billions of impressions and tags, and apply analytics, algorithms and visualisation to drive media performance monitoring, new insight creation and activation automation back in the ad tech stack.

Following our organization's exciting shift toward a product-oriented approach, we are evolving our data capabilities to deliver direct, high-impact value to our business stakeholders. We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in Data Engineering to join our Media Data Platform team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data infrastructure and user-facing solutions.

Position Overview
The Full Stack Engineer adheres to business and technical standards, policies, and procedures throughout the software delivery lifecycle whilst accurately sizing and estimating the effort required to deliver technical solutions. You will develop, build, configure, customise, integrate, and test high-quality solutions based on functional and technical requirements. You will follow Agile methodologies and principles through work outputs and behaviours. You will work with other Product Team members (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst) to ideate software solutions.

You will act as the champion and advocate via a thorough understanding of Google cloud technologies, helping to deploy Big Data solutions, provide guidance for vendors designated to build and manage data pipelines & ETL processes, and cloud data migrations in a production, secure and scalable manner.

How You Will Contribute
In this role, you will collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex data engineering and real business impact.
You will work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Engineering & Pipeline Management: Own and advance our internal media data platform. Partner with external vendors to design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines connecting various media platforms.
  • Full-Stack Product Development: Transition data into actionable products. Design, develop, and maintain internal reporting tools, interactive dashboards, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Product-Oriented Execution: Adopt a product mindset—ensuring scalability, reliability, and a great user experience for all internal data tools.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all pipelines and downstream applications.
  • Manage suppliers who build and maintain the digital data platforms and drive continuous improvement and optimization programs. Ensure the consistent application of software engineering best practices (e.g. version control, testing, continuous integration)
  • Ensure that all data integration infrastructure works as designed (API, orchestration, SFTP etc.)
  • Provide cleaned, transformed data sets ready for analysis through various delivery mechanisms: flat file extracts, data marts, API
  • Maintain data documentation & definitions
  • Facilitate change management and continuous improvement to maximize user adoption and business value.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in IT solution ownership, application management, or product ownership — preferably with Google Cloud solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, DBT
  • Knowledge of tools, methodology for achieving the best-in-class data management (SQL, Python, PySpark, Airflow)
  • Experience working with visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio
  • Experience in media data engineering and adtech data integration challenges.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyse source systems, data structures, relationships and business rules.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Business Analysis, or other data-focused roles.

  • Proven experience creating and maintaining Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation and defining data transformation rules.
  • Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modelling, including dimensional modelling and Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Experience analysing transactional and operational source systems, combined with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and/or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and configure NetReveal components required to support the migration and target-state solution.
  • NetReveal version 8 or later — mandatory (NetReveal v9 preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience in NetReveal development, configuration, deployment and support.
  • Hands-on experience with the NetReveal Transaction Monitoring SMBD Spark Engine — mandatory.

Migration Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting data migration projects, ideally within financial crime, transaction monitoring or related environments.

Position Summary
The Specialist Data Loading is placed within the Operations Steering and Transformation division. This global cross-LOB position plays a fundamental role in performing the proper loading of beneficiary data into our portfolio management system by using the IT-ecosystems in order to fulfill all requirements of our stakeholders (e.g. reporting, coverage check and fluent and most efficient claims/case handling).

The position requires a blend of technical expertise.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handling the beneficiary data implementations on global cross-LOB-level which includes the following tasks:

1.1. Onboarding of BP

1.2. Acknowledging customer journey to identify all relevant data touchpoints

1.3. Alignment with business partners and internal stakeholders on datasets and upload-frequency and further details

1.4. Set up of SFTP connections with business partners

  • Handling the run business which includes the following tasks:

2.1. Trouble shooting (in case of issues)

2.1.1. Organizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking requests

2.1.2. Recognizing and solving issues asap

2.1.3. Analyzing & sharing outcomes

2.1.4. Escalating to management, when needed

2.2. Management (correction, upload) and maintenance of data/files received

  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage workflows and project delivery

Requirements
Language & Communication

  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with international business partners and internal stakeholders

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data loading, data management, or a comparable role within an operational or IT-adjacent environment

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of data loading processes, data triage, and data quality assurance
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems and IT ecosystems used for beneficiary data processing

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with experience in modern data platforms, particularly Databricks, to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of data solutions.

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
