Tu veux construire la machine revenue d'une des fintechs à la plus forte croissance d'Europe, et la faire tourner à l'IA ? Ce job est fait pour toi.

Pourquoi ce rôle, maintenant ?
Nopillo engage une transformation sur les 18-24 prochains mois : construire une intelligence centralisée, avec un data warehouse comme source de vérité unique, le CRM comme orchestrateur commercial, et une couche d'agents IA branchée dessus, pour que chaque équipe dispose du meilleur contexte business et prenne les meilleures décisions en autonomie. Le RevOps Engineer est le catalyseur technique de cette transformation. Tu ne seras pas un administrateur d'outils : tu poseras les rails (data propre, process standardisés, sources de vérité), tu déploieras l'IA dessus, et tu mesureras ce qu'elle rapporte.

Rattaché(e) à Yassine, Head of Revenue Operations, tu rejoins l'équipe Ops, transverse sur tout le cycle Lead-to-Cash : l'acquisition et son miroir post-sale (onboarding, rétention, expansion), en partenariat avec les équipes Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance & Produit.

🎯 Tes missions
Architecturer la Central Intelligence :
Maintenir la data warehouse source de vérité (BigQuery, Fivetran), le modèle de données revenue, et le reverse-ETL qui alimente les outils terrain. Puis commencer à centraliser une knowledge warehouse pour centraliser prises de décisions, process de chaque équipes afin de le rendre accessible à tous.

Orchestrer la machine de revenue :
faire de HubSpot l'orchestrateur du cycle de vente : structuration des cycles, lead routing, intégrations produit et billing (Stripe), données fiables pour la Finance, système de ticketing avec agent fiable pour assister l’équipe customer care.

Automatiser le GTM :
construire les automatisations (n8n, Claude) qui suppriment l'admin et font gagner du temps de vente et de relation client aux équipes, que ça soit pour les multiplier les A/B test côté growth afin d’augmenter nos taux de conversion, remplissage de playbook automatique pour les commerciaux afin de leur faire gagner en productivité, ou encore un agent IA pour les tickets CS afin de permettre à l’équipe de se concentrer sur les demandes les plus compliqués.

Déployer la couche IA :
orchestrer copilotes et agents (qualification de leads, prospection, déflection de tickets, coaching) sur des fondations saines, et mesurer leur ROI pour distinguer l'IA qui crée de la valeur de celle qui fait joli en démo.

Fiabiliser la mesure :
garantir la cohérence des données revenue de bout en bout et outiller le reporting self-service des équipes (Metabase) pour qu’ils puissent faire leurs analyses en autonomie.

Data Engineering & AI Manager
to lead a growing team of ~7 professionals (data engineers, AI engineers) within the IS department and drive the evolution of our enterprise data and AI platform.

Reporting to the Director of IS Data Services, you will work closely with System Integration and Architecture teams to ensure alignment across data flows, platforms, and integration solutions.

This is a key leadership role focused on delivering scalable, reliable data platforms and AI capabilities that support enterprise decision-making. You will combine technical expertise with strong people's leadership to drive execution while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a multicultural international multidisciplinary data and AI engineering team. Promote clear objectives, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.
• Data Platform & Architecture: Own and evolve the enterprise data platform (e.g., Snowflake, dbt , Fabric) and pipelines (Fivetran, Talend , Python ) . Ensure scalable, secure, and well-designed architectures aligned with best practices (e.g., data modeling, ELT/ETL, SQL).
• AI & MLOps Integration: Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities within data products. Ensure robust MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and value delivery.
• Delivery Management: Prioritize and plan team activities with Product Owners and Project Managers. Balance new initiatives with technical debt, ensuring readiness, realistic planning, and quality delivery.
• Engineering Excellence: Oversee full lifecycle delivery of data and AI solutions. Enforce standards in design, coding, testing, CI/CD, and documentation ( DataOps practices).
• Operations & Reliability: Ensure stable and performant production environments through monitoring, optimization, and incident management. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields, including 3+ years leading technical teams. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.

Leadership:
Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to drive delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.

Technical Expertise

• Data pipelines and integration (SQL, Python, dbt , Fivetran, Talend, Airflow)
• Cloud data platforms (preferably Snowflake) and ecosystem (AWS or similar)
• Data modeling (dimensional, Data Vault) and architecture design

HOW You Will Contribute To The Company
As a Data Engineer, you will join the Self Service Analytics team, which is part of our data engineering community (20+ people) within our dynamic Data department (50+ people).

You will collaborate with data analysts to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable models and data services that support making data-driven decision across the company.

You will model data as a product and shape how it is structured in our data lake across our medallion architecture for all Pennylaners to consume.

You will build and maintain our data analytics platform, handling data ingestion, validation and establishing data as a core part of our production systems.

You will contribute to our data governance initiatives, helping to maintain our data catalogue and to uphold high standards of data quality and compliance.

You will help design and implement data solutions, including ETL pipelines, batch processing systems, and data warehousing.
