Intégré au sein d’une équipe Agile, vous occuperez le rôle de référent technique Linux, garantissant la fiabilité, la sécurité et la performance des plateformes en production. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technologique riche, avec un périmètre incluant des environnements Debian déployés sur hyperviseur KVM, des clusters Kubernetes ainsi que des systèmes embarqués.

Dans le cadre de vos activités, vous travaillerez dans un cadre Agile (planning, daily stand-ups, démonstrations et rétrospectives), en vous appuyant sur des outils collaboratifs tels que Jira, Confluence, GitLab et Bitbucket.

Vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine, portée par des exigences fortes en termes de qualité, de sécurité et d’innovation, avec une attention particulière portée à la conformité et aux bonnes pratiques opérationnelles.

En tant qu'
Ingénieur Systèmes Linux Confirmé
, vous serez en charge de :

• Gérer et maintenir les serveurs Linux Debian et leurs services essentiels (réseau, sécurité, stockage, supervision).
• Installer et administrer la virtualisation KVM/QEMU, incluant le réseau et le stockage des machines virtuelles.
• Déployer et gérer des clusters Kubernetes pour exécuter des applications en conteneurs, en assurant leur sécurité et leur mise à jour.
• Prendre en charge les systèmes Linux embarqués, incluant le démarrage sécurisé, les mises à jour à distance et le dépannage matériel.
• Automatiser les tâches d’exploitation avec des scripts et outils adaptés, et participer activement aux méthodes Agile, aux revues techniques et à la documentation.

Votre profil :
Vous êtes diplômés d'une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine information ou systèmes.

Vous justifiez de
minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle
dans l'administration de système Linux et/ou en cybersécurité.

Vous maitrisez les langages Bash et Python, l'environnement Linux et avez des bonnes notions en cyber.

Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en architecture d'infrastructure.

Votre capacité de rigueur, de pédagogie seront des atouts certains pour ce poste. Vous êtes capable de travailler à la fois en autonomie et en équipe.

The Opportunity:
The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert who will work closely with Datadog’s Director, Adoption Services, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners (for example: cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps transformation). They are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with both Datadog and Partner resources to drive success. The PSA is a trusted technical advisor for our Partner channel.

You Will:

• Ensure the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources;
• Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions to ensure direct alignment between Datadog and Partner technical teams;
• Collaborate internally to support Partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value; partner team enablement workshops; assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices;
• Advocate on behalf of Partners’ technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues, e.g.) with Datadog internal teams and personnel, helping to bring those concerns to resolution;
• Analyze and understand Partner service offerings on a regular basis and provide recommendations to enhance the value of those services through greater or improved adoption of Datadog features and capabilities;
• Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering and technical services teams to help identify and prioritize new features and capabilities;
• Continuously help curate and evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

You Are:

• Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations;
• A demonstrable track-record and never-ending passion for learning;
• A self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen; ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom;
• Confident presentation skills;
• Must be a current EU resident
• Desired hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic or Dynatrace
• Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
• Dev/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
• Config Mgmt: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• CI / CD: Jenkins, Gitlab

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers, e.g.);
• Previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM);

Tech Lead
to guide and scale our
Product Infrastructure team
. In this role, you will lead a team of 3–5 engineers while remaining closely involved in technical architecture and execution.

Our team sits at the critical intersection of raw data collection and product utility. We focus heavily on infrastructure support, scalability, and service provisioning—ensuring data flows seamlessly from upstream scrapers, refines through our AI models, and lands reliably in our production application. If you enjoy driving technical strategy, optimizing high-throughput data pipelines and databases, and stepping up to mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, this is the role for you.

✅Responsibilities And Duties

• People & Project Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a core team of 3–5 engineers. Drive project planning, sprint execution, and technical delivery while fostering technical growth and team performance.
• Ingestion Pipeline Architecture: Lead and accelerate our strategic migration from legacy daily batch tasks to a high-throughput, real-time stream processing ingestion pipeline.
• Infrastructure & Database Optimization: Oversee infrastructure scaling (including our growing adoption of Kubernetes on AWS) and take technical ownership of PostgreSQL performance, index tuning, and database consistency under heavy load.
• Automation & AI Integration: Partner with Product Engineering to evolve our real-time auto-moderation pipeline and integrate AI/ML models into our core data workflows.
• Observability & Incident Automation: Leverage our observability stack (powered by ClickHouse and Grafana) to automate incident investigation, drive performance improvements, and rapidly resolve critical bugs.
• Stakeholder & Roadmap Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional squads, product managers, and engineering leaders to translate business objectives into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans.

✅Essential

• Leadership & Mentorship: Direct people management experience OR a strong background in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, or leading project virtual teams (v-teams), with the desire and capability to step into managing 3–5 direct reports.
• Production Engineering Experience: Proven track record building, scaling, and monitoring production-grade backend and infrastructure applications.
• Core Language Proficiency: Python is our primary backend language. We welcome candidates with strong experience in other core languages (Go, Java, C++, etc.), provided you are fully motivated to develop primarily in Python moving forward.
• Database Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL), including query optimization, index tuning, high-concurrency performance tuning and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes management, deployment, and container orchestration.
• Cloud & Systems Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts with hands-on experience in AWS.
• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to bridge complex technical execution with non-technical business stakeholders.

✅Desirable

• Experience architecting or migrating legacy batch systems to real-time streaming data pipelines.

Vos missions :

• Conception et architecture : définir et mettre en œuvre des architectures multicloud et hybrides (privé/public), concevoir des socles techniques (gouvernance, sécurité, réseau, FinOps) et rédiger la documentation associée (HLD, LLD, DEX).
• Études et choix technologiques : accompagner les clients dans l’évaluation et la sélection de solutions techniques (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP, OVHcloud, Red Hat, Kubernetes, etc.) adaptées à leurs besoins et au marché IT.
