Responsabilidades e atribuições

Estamos buscando uma
Pessoa Desenvolvedora Front-end React Sênior
para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de aplicações web modernas, com foco em
React, TypeScript e arquitetura de Microfrontends (MFE)
.

A pessoa profissional será responsável por construir componentes reutilizáveis, desenvolver aplicações SPA, integrar APIs e BFFs e atuar em uma arquitetura distribuída, considerando também aspectos de
segurança, autenticação, autorização e performance
.

Buscamos alguém com forte domínio técnico de React e TypeScript, experiência prática com arquiteturas de Microfrontends e capacidade de atuar com autonomia em ambientes de alta complexidade.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações SPA utilizando React e TypeScript.
  • Criar componentes funcionais, reutilizáveis e escaláveis.
  • Utilizar Hooks do React, Context API e React Router.
  • Desenvolver custom hooks e soluções de componentização avançada.
  • Implementar e manter arquiteturas de Microfrontends.
  • Trabalhar com Module Federation 2.0, incluindo conceitos de host, remote e shared dependencies.
  • Implementar integração entre Microfrontends utilizando Bridge Pattern.
  • Garantir o correto compartilhamento e versionamento de dependências entre aplicações.
  • Integrar aplicações frontend com APIs e Backend for Frontend (BFF).
  • Implementar tratamento de respostas, erros estruturados, CORS e credenciais.
  • Aplicar boas práticas de segurança no frontend, incluindo proteção contra XSS e controle de acesso baseado em permissões.
  • Trabalhar com autenticação baseada em OIDC/OAuth2 e compreender conceitos de sessões e tokens.
  • Desenvolver interfaces responsivas utilizando CSS Modules, Flexbox, Grid e CSS Custom Properties.
  • Realizar debugging e análise de performance utilizando as ferramentas de desenvolvedor dos navegadores.
  • Participar de code reviews e contribuir para padrões de qualidade e arquitetura.
  • Manter documentação técnica das soluções desenvolvidas.
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com times de desenvolvimento, arquitetura, backend e demais áreas técnicas.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos obrigatórios

React

  • 4 a 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento Front-end.
  • 3+ anos de experiência prática com React.
  • Experiência com React 19.
  • Domínio de Hooks: useState, useEffect, useCallback, useMemo, useContext e useRef.
  • Experiência com Context API, Provider/Consumer e contextos tipados.
  • Domínio de React Router v6, incluindo:
  • Rotas dinâmicas;
  • Nested routes;
  • Navegação programática;
  • Outlet;
  • basename.
  • Forte experiência com componentização, composição e reutilização de componentes.
  • Experiência na criação de custom hooks.
  • Domínio de renderização condicional, listas e utilização adequada de keys e memoização.

TypeScript

  • Domínio de TypeScript em modo strict.
  • Tipagem de props, estados, retornos de APIs e eventos.
  • Experiência com interfaces e types.
  • Modelagem de domínio e DTOs.

Microfrontends

  • Experiência prática com arquitetura de Microfrontends.

  • Conhecimento sobre utilização de cookies httpOnly e autenticação baseada em sessão.

  • Experiência/conhecimento de RBAC no frontend, com controle de acesso por permissões.

What Will You Do

  • Contribute to ServiceNow Solution implementation, according to your role in a project, which could include such activities as: system configuration, development of custom features on client and server side, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support and others.

  • Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities & Required Knowledge:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in ServiceNow development including experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM is a plus.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.

The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

    You don't need to wait until graduation to apply. We offer flexible start dates and the possibility to begin part-time, transitioning to full-time as you complete your degree. Many Spooners joined before graduating and progressively took on greater responsibility, with arrangements that allowed them to do so without compromising their education.

    Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

The selection process
In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.

Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject.
