About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure for our ID verification platform powered by Machine Learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and product management to enhance our cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure high availability and security of our systems. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cloud DevOps, preferably with AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Helm
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience supporting production applications in cloud environments
• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools and frameworks
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and management
• Programming skills, especially in Python
• Solid understanding of networking, security concepts, and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and enhance existing cloud infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and security
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines and processes
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor threats, apply patches, and enforce security best practices
• Provide technical guidance and tools to engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance
• Lead efforts in building the next generation of our platform infrastructure
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health
• Support and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation and best practices
