Objetivo del puesto

Coordinar y supervisar la correcta operación de los aplicativos montados en servicios de nube AWS / Azure / Google.

Funciones principales

• Gestionar la administración, operación, monitoreo y despliegue de los sistemas, plataformas y aplicaciones.
• Asegurar la atención y solución de las alarmas y eventos operativos.
• Solucionar oportunamente los incidentes en un tiempo de afectación mínimo.
• Diseñar procesos de automatización y tareas operativas.
• Corregir y mejorar la documentación de procesos, procedimientos técnicos y manuales de usuarios.

📋 Descripción del puesto

En HireInfinite estamos buscando un Forward Deployed Engineer para liderar la implementación de soluciones de IA en entornos de clientes del sector bancario y empresas. Esta posición será responsable de garantizar implementaciones exitosas, colaborando con equipos técnicos internos y del cliente, diseñando arquitecturas de despliegue, desarrollando integraciones y acompañando los proyectos desde la implementación hasta el soporte post-despliegue.

☑️ Responsabilidades principales

● Liderar el despliegue técnico de punta a punta de soluciones de IA en entornos bancarios y empresariales.

● Diseñar arquitecturas de implementación y desarrollar integraciones con sistemas del cliente, APIs, bases de datos e infraestructura empresarial.

● Desplegar y administrar aplicaciones utilizando Docker, Kubernetes, Linux y tecnologías relacionadas.

● Crear y mantener documentación técnica, incluyendo diagramas de arquitectura, documentación de APIs y guías de implementación.

● Resolver problemas técnicos complejos y asegurar una implementación exitosa, el go-live y el soporte post-despliegue.

● Colaborar con los equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, DevOps y Delivery para entregar soluciones seguras, escalables y confiables.

● Participar en sesiones de descubrimiento técnico, evaluar la viabilidad de las implementaciones e identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos de despliegue y las integraciones con clientes.

📌 Requisitos

● Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia como Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, DevOps o en un rol técnico similar.

● Sólida experiencia con Python, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes y Linux.

● Experiencia integrando sistemas empresariales y trabajando con infraestructura on-premise o en la nube.

● Buen conocimiento de conceptos de networking, incluyendo VPNs, firewalls, proxies y TLS/SSL.

● Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación, con capacidad para interactuar tanto con equipos técnicos como con stakeholders de negocio.

● Inglés fluido.

● Disponibilidad para viajar cuando sea necesario.

You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions, with a focus on platform and credentialing. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based products, enabling our customers to protect their assets and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps, SRE and software engineers in the development and delivery of cloud-based software solutions for security and access control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Drive the DevOps culture and pipelines of our SW solutions in Cloud, software development process, including close collaboration with our Cloud Architects for architectural decisions.
• Ensure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, security standards, and industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends in security and access control systems.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE

• Experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript
• 8+ years of experience in Software, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency across Cloud technologies and DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
