About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior DevOps Engineer
who will help design, build, and maintain modern infrastructure and deployment platforms for enterprise applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for automating infrastructure, improving CI/CD processes, supporting containerized environments, and ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of production systems.

You will collaborate closely with software developers, architects, and operations teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Podman.
• Configure and maintain deployment automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, scaling, and high availability.
• Configure networking components, reverse proxies, load balancing, and security mechanisms.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery processes.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Participate in designing secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure architectures.

Must Have

• At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Very good knowledge of containerization using Docker and Podman.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including:

• IP addressing
• forward and reverse proxy
• encryption and authentication
• load balancing
• firewalls
• auto-scaling
• deployment strategies
• application and infrastructure monitoring

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and automation processes.
• Experience writing automation scripts using programming or scripting languages.
• Practical experience with:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• provisioning
• configuration management
• CI/CD pipelines
• container orchestration

• Hands-on knowledge of:

• Docker
• Podman
• Ansible
• Terraform
• Jenkins
• GitLab CI
• Nomad

• Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with shared storage solutions and Object Storage platforms (NAS, GlusterFS, S3, MinIO).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, vSAN, and NAS solutions.
• Experience with Web Application Firewall solutions (ModSecurity).
• Experience configuring and maintaining Reverse Proxy solutions (NGINX, Apache, Fabio).
• Experience working in enterprise or highly available production environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
