The Opportunity
The
HRIS Systems Specialist

Directly executes system configurations (as System Admin / Manager) for new functionalities like local payroll rules, tax updates, or rewards logic, or defines specs for vendor execution
  • Daily Responsibilities: Supports and optimizes rewards systems through process analysis, interface implementation, testing/QA, incident management, configuration, and technical consulting

Who You Are:

  • Initiative & Leadership: Proven track record of owning ambiguous tasks, driving small-to-medium projects, and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex issues. (Targeting Mid-Senior Engineering/Technical profiles)
  • Technical Strategy & Execution: Deep knowledge of the broader technical landscape, with expertise in designing automated solutions, system integrations, and optimized configurations. Ability to trace data flows across integrated systems and isolate failures (e.g., SSO, APIs, flat files)
  • Problem Solving & QA: Strong analytical skills to streamline business processes, challenge the status quo, and develop comprehensive test strategies and plans. Demonstrated ability to perform technical root-cause analysis on complex application or access errors
  • Ecosystem Experience: Prior experience with global payroll platforms and connectors highly preferred
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Experience acting as a technical mentor, driving internal knowledge-sharing events, and navigating diverse group dynamics
