Founding Platform Engineer

Are you excited to be an early engineer on the team building the infrastructure for autonomous AI agents? You will own real systems from day one, work directly with the founders, and set the technical direction rather than inherit it.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who ships. We care far more about what you have built and how fast you learn than about pedigree.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate core platform services end to end
• Own features from architecture through deployment and on-call
• Make pragmatic trade-offs to ship fast without accumulating chaos
• Shape the stack, tooling, and engineering practices as we scale
• Work side by side with the founders on the roadmap

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack
• Track record of shipping production systems you were responsible for
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Bias toward action and extreme ownership
• Interest in AI agents, real-time systems, and distributed infrastructure

Bonus Points If

• You have built developer platforms, APIs, or agent/LLM tooling
• You have run systems in production and owned reliability
• You have startup or founding-engineer experience

Our hiring process

• Intro Call: a quick chat to align on expectations, interests, and fit.
• Technical Deep Dive: a focused conversation on your technical thinking and past work.
• CEO Interview: a strategic discussion around vision, mindset, and long-term alignment.
• Reference Collection: we speak with a few people you have worked closely with.
• Paid Trial (~5 days): a short, real-world engagement so we can see how we work together, in parallel with offer and terms.
