Nozomi Networks is hiring a seasoned Software Engineer to join its expanding team.

 

In this role, you'll design and implement features, you'll help reduce tech debt, support team processes, and contribute to overall success in a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll also get to take ownership of user-facing features from inception to release.

 

Key skills include strong software design, experience with algorithms and data structures, building scalable distributed systems, and familiarity with automated testing.

In this role you will:

 

• Contribute to the development and design of our solutions
• Design and implement using available technologies whilst taking the initiative to learn new ones
• Design and implement medium to large size features while reducing the system’s tech debt
• Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success
• Champion the team processes, ensuring everybody understands the benefits and tradeoffs

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

 

• Proven extensive experience in at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Golang, C++ or Python
• Javascript/Typescript and React experience is highly valuable
• PostgreSQL knowledge is highly valuable
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, …) is highly valuable
• Automated Testing experience (TDD, BDD, etc)
• Field experience with Agile Methodologies
• Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols

La Business Unit Software Retail è specializzata in piattaforme per la gestione omnicanale del punto vendita, tra cui sistemi POS, store management e integrazione con ecosistemi ERP ed e-commerce. Opera su clienti retail strutturati, offrendo progetti custom e servizi continuativi di supporto ed evoluzione

Responsabilità
La figura ricercata è uno sviluppatore frontend & mobile che dovrà avere possibilmente competenze con React Native, in quanto in uno degli ultimi sviluppi è stato richiesto da un cliente proprio l'utilizzo di questa tecnologia, trattandosi di piattaforme multicanale. La posizione è aperta per ampliamento dell’organico e per internalizzazione di una parte di team esterno. Il team è parzialmente suddiviso in AMS, supporto di secondo e terzo livello e software factory. Il professionista avrà un ruolo nella software factory interna: si tratta quindi di nuovi sviluppi, nuovi prodotti e feature, non di AMS. Di cosa ti occuperai:

• Svilupperai applicazioni mobile cross-platform con React Native.
• Realizzerai interfacce web responsive e curate nei dettagli.
• Collaborerai con designer, backend developer e PM per creare prodotti di qualità.
• Contribuirai all'evoluzione dell'architettura e del codice, proponendo idee e soluzioni innovative.

Profilo

• Ottima/buona conoscenza di React Native
• Solida esperienza con HTML5, CSS3 e JavaScript (ES6+).
• Buona conoscenza di TypeScript.
• gradita anche l'esperienza con Angular.
• Familiarità con Git e con le principali pratiche di sviluppo moderno.
• conoscenza della metodologia Agile

Costituiscono un plus

• Esperienza con React.
• Conoscenza delle API REST.
• Esperienza nella pubblicazione di app su App Store e Google Play.
