Fullstack Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Conceive, develop, and operate modern AI-powered applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Azure.
• Develop reusable frontend components, design systems, and application frameworks.
• Take responsibility for features throughout their lifecycle, from idea to productive operation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to implement scalable solutions.
• Promote software quality through code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring.
• Advance modern development processes, automation, and the use of AI-powered engineering tools.

What You'll Need

• Degree in computer science or a comparable field and at least 8 years of experience in frontend or fullstack software development in cloud environments.
• Profound knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern frontend architectures, and the development of intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Good knowledge of backend development with Python, including API development and integration of AI/LLM-based services.
• Experience with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, test automation, code reviews, secure development, and cloud-native architectures on Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent German and English language skills, and experience working with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
