Mission Statement
The Global AI Engineer is responsible for accelerating the adoption and industrialization of Artificial Intelligence across Campari Group by designing, developing and scaling AI-powered solutions, intelligent assistants and autonomous agents that enhance productivity, automate business processes and unlock measurable value. The role contributes to establishing the foundations of an enterprise-wide Agentic AI ecosystem, maximizing the return on existing data and AI investments and supporting sustainable business growth.

General Description Of The Role
Within the Technology & Services organization, in the AI, Data & Analytics team, the role is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making and accelerating business value through data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. As Artificial Intelligence rapidly evolves from predictive analytics into Generative AI and Agentic AI, the organization requires dedicated engineering capabilities to transform AI opportunities into scalable, secure and enterprise-ready solutions.

The Global AI Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants and autonomous agents that enhance employee productivity, automate knowledge work and support strategic business initiatives across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions.

The role acts as the technical bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and technology platforms, translating AI use cases into scalable solutions integrated within the enterprise ecosystem. The AI Engineer is responsible for accelerating the industrialization and adoption of AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are secure, governed, reusable and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities And Activities
AI Solutions Design & Development

  • Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications, intelligent assistants and AI agents to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable AI components, prompts, workflows and orchestration frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple functions and markets.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a standardized and scalable AI application architecture.

Agentic AI Enablement

  • Design and implement AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows and interacting with enterprise systems.
  • Support the development of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI solutions that augment employees and automate knowledge-intensive activities.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of agent orchestration, reasoning and monitoring frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to increase process efficiency through Agentic AI capabilities.

Enterprise Integration & Automation

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Platform, Enterprise Architecture and Application teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Support the development of API-based integrations and automation workflows that enable AI solutions to operate effectively within the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Ensure interoperability between AI, Automation and Data & Analytics platforms.

AI Governance, Security & Reliability

  • Implement AI governance principles, security controls and monitoring mechanisms in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, explainable and aligned with responsible AI principles.
  • Monitor AI application performance and continuously optimize solution effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Support the establishment of AI engineering standards, best practices and development frameworks.

Stakeholder Partnership & Value Realization

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and deliver high-value AI use cases.
  • Support business functions in assessing feasibility, business value and implementation approaches for AI initiatives.
  • Drive the industrialization of proofs of concept and pilots into production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to measuring business impact, adoption and value realization from AI investments

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, frameworks and industry trends.
  • Evaluate new tools, models and platforms that can strengthen the company's AI capabilities.
  • Promote AI knowledge sharing and support capability-building initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to strengthening Campari Group's internal AI engineering capabilities while reducing dependency on external partners

Required Skills And Experience
Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering or AI Engineering roles.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI ecosystems and modern data platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering scalable applications from concept to production.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams in international organizations.

AI & Data Engineering Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
  • Experience building AI copilots, virtual assistants and agent-based solutions.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks and AI application lifecycle management.
  • Experience designing scalable AI and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, knowledge retrieval and semantic search concepts.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Databricks and modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and modern software development practices.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, microservices and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps and AIOps practices.
  • Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture principles.

Business Skills

  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud, Data Engineering or Artificial Intelligence are considered a plus.

The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 50K-62K + 10% STI, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.

The role is classified in accordance with the collective labor agreement – level 2.

The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.”

IL RUOLO

Entrerai nel team Data Platform Governance e svilupperai componenti, framework e servizi della Data Platform cloud-native, contribuendo alla gestione del dato per decine di team di Generali Italia.

COSA FARAI

● Svilupperai componenti e framework della Data Platform utilizzati da decine di team per casi d'uso di business e modelli di AI.

● Realizzerai pipeline di ingestione, trasformazione e pubblicazione dei dati sull'architettura cloud AWS e GCP.

● Contribuirai allo sviluppo dei Data Product supportando catalogazione, gestione dei metadata, controllo qualità e monitoraggio dei flussi informativi.

● Integrerai l'infrastruttura cloud con i sistemi gestiti dalla struttura IT di Generali.

CHI CERCHIAMO

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

● Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.

● Padronanza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione (Python, Java o simili).

● Conoscenza di base di SQL e dei concetti fondamentali di gestione del dato.

● Familiarità con continuous integration, unit e integration test e Infrastructure as Code.

● Conoscenza dello sviluppo software containerizzato o serverless.

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

● Esperienza con servizi cloud AWS o GCP.

● Conoscenza di Spark o di altri strumenti di elaborazione dati distribuita.

● Familiarità con Docker e Terraform.

Your impact
At Mollie, every team runs on tools that need to work. The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for the SaaS and internal tooling stack that powers how we operate across 14+ locations, and this role sits right at the heart of it. As a Systems Engineer, you will take ownership of the platforms that thousands of Mollies rely on every day, from Google Workspace to Okta to HiBob, ensuring they are configured, integrated, and running at their best.

This is not a maintenance role. You will drive real improvements, build meaningful integrations, and shape how our internal platforms evolve as Mollie continues to grow. The work you do directly enables every team at Mollie to move faster, collaborate better, and focus on what matters most: building great products for the businesses we serve.

You will join a small, focused team of Systems Engineers and Service Desk professionals, working closely together with a clear mandate to raise the bar on how enterprise applications are managed and delivered across the organisation.

What You'll Ship

  • Own and continuously improve the Google Workspace environment, including advanced administration via GAM, to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity across Mollie.
  • Manage and evolve the Atlassian suite, configuring Jira and Confluence to support effective project management and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Administer, configure, and integrate HiBob as Mollie's HRIS platform, ensuring accurate HR data management and reliable connections with internal and external systems.
  • Maintain Okta for identity and access management, keeping access controls secure, consistent, and aligned with organisational needs.
  • Keep comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations up to date, so the team can operate with clarity and confidence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise applications portfolio, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and raise the quality of the tools Mollies use every day.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer, with a track record of owning and improving complex SaaS environments.
  • Advanced administration skills across Google Workspace, including hands-on experience with GAM, as well as strong working knowledge of Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and HiBob.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS asset management and application lifecycle management principles, with the ability to manage a broad portfolio of tools with rigour and consistency.
  • Experience administering and integrating HiBob as an HRIS platform, including configuring data flows and connecting it with internal and external systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, with a customer-first mindset and a genuine focus on user experience and service quality.
  • The ability to maintain clear, thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations, keeping the team aligned and informed.

portare AI nel core del prodotto Jet HR e nell'infrastruttura interna
- costruendo agenti affidabili, pipeline robuste e sistemi di conoscenza che scalano.

Nel concreto:

  • Sviluppi agenti AI multi-step
    basati su LLM per casi d'uso complessi: orchestrazione, ragionamento, gestione degli errori.
  • Implementi e integri MCP
    per la gestione di contesti, tool e fonti di conoscenza strutturate.
  • Integri chatbot e agenti
    direttamente nei prodotti Jet HR e nei tool interni - non come demo o per esplorare, ma come funzionalità in produzione.
  • Prepari e pulisci i dati
    per l'ingestion in sistemi RAG e knowledge base AI: qualità, struttura, aggiornamento continuo.
  • Mantieni le knowledge base
    attive e aggiornate, con pipeline automatizzate di update e versioning.
  • Contribuisci all'infrastruttura
    della data platform a supporto dei workload AI - sei parte integrante del team che la costruisce.

Chi stiamo cercando

  • 3+ anni
    di esperienza nella costruzione di soluzioni di data science o machine learning, di cui
    almeno 1 su AI
    (RAG, agent frameworks, LLM in produzione).
  • Python solido.
    Non un "lo conosco", ma lo usi ogni giorno e conosci bene le librerie AI - LangChain e dintorni.
  • ML/AI hands-on.
    Hai sviluppato, fatto tuning e deployato modelli reali. Sai cosa funziona fuori da un notebook.

In ottica di crescita interna, siamo alla ricerca di un
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
che abbia voglia di mettersi in gioco e che ci supporti all’interno del team Cloud. La risorsa avrà l’opportunità di fare esperienza ed essere parte attiva di un team dinamico e motivante.

Requisiti obbligatori

  • Consolidata esperienza in ambito virtualizzazione, con particolare riferimento a VMware e KVM/Linux, inclusa la gestione di cluster di produzione (HA, live migration, shared storage).
  • Esperienza sistemistica su server Linux e Windows, inclusa la gestione dei servizi infrastrutturali tipici (DNS, DHCP, NTP, AD/LDAP).
  • Conoscenza solida del networking Ethernet Layer 2 e 3, con esperienza pratica di configurazione di switch in ambito datacenter e dei principali protocolli di routing.
  • Esperienza con strumenti di automazione e configuration management (Ansible o equivalenti) e scripting (Bash, Python o PowerShell).
  • Familiarità con soluzioni di backup e disaster recovery in ambienti virtualizzati.
  • Utilizzo di Proxmox
  • Disponibilità alla reperibilità

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Esperienza con orchestratori cloud quali OpenStack, CloudStack o Proxmox.
  • Conoscenza di tecnologie di rete moderne in ambito datacenter: BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, fabric leaf-spine.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di storage SAN (Fibre Channel, iSCSI) e/o storage software-defined (Ceph, vSAN, ZFS).
  • Esperienza con sistemi di monitoring e observability (Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK o equivalenti).
  • Esperienza in contesti soggetti a compliance (es. ISO 27001), con attenzione a hardening, patch management e gestione vulnerabilità.

Nice-to-have

  • Conoscenza di altri ambienti di virtualizzazione: Hyper-V, Xen, Nutanix.
  • Esperienza con Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Esperienza con tecnologie SDN (NSX, OVN) e load balancing (HAProxy, F5).
