Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer

We’re hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer at Infinityn International.

Clay coined the term “GTM Engineer” for a new kind of builder: someone who combines commercial understanding with AI, data, and automation to create revenue systems that actually work.

At Infinityn, this will be a hands-on, client-facing role.

You will work with international B2B companies to design and build Clay-powered workflows across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. These may include:

• Market and account mapping

• ICP research and account scoring

• Buying-group discovery and enrichment

• Signal detection and automated research

• Inbound qualification and routing

• Personalized outbound workflows

• ABM, partner, and customer-expansion use cases

• CRM and GTM technology integrations

This is not simply a Clay configuration or CRM administration role.

You will help clarify the commercial problem, design the solution, build and test the workflow, connect it to the client’s GTM stack, and improve it based on real results.

You could be a strong fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience building in Clay

• Enjoy solving problems with data, AI, and automation

• Understand the fundamentals of B2B go-to-market

• Are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, formulas, and structured data

• Can explain technical solutions clearly to clients

• Build for reliability, not only for a successful demo

You do not need to be a traditional software engineer. You do need to be curious, commercially minded, and excited about turning messy GTM challenges into working systems.
