AI Solutions Specialist

Take GenAI systems from notebook to production — copilots, agents and retrieval-augmented applications.

What you'll do

• Build and evaluate retrieval, ranking and generation pipelines.
• Own the evaluation strategy for one or two production AI systems.
• Work directly with client product owners and data teams.
• Contribute to our internal evaluation and observability tooling.

What we're looking for

• Strong Python and modern web/ML stack experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom).
• Experience with evaluation, drift detection and observability for AI.
• Comfortable in French and English client conversations.

How we hire

• 1. Intro call (30 min) — Chat with a recruiter.
• 2. Practitioner conversation — Talk craft with a senior on the team.
• 3. Work-sample exercise — Take-home or paired session. Your choice.
• 4. Final loop — Two or three short sessions across team and leadership.

We aim to give a decision within five business days of the final loop.
