Estamos buscando un
HTML Designer Ssr
, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Growth Services y potenciar las campañas de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Producción de piezas y HTML dinámico: maquetar y codificar emails, in-app messages y otras piezas usando HTML/CSS responsive, asegurando correcta renderización cross-client y cross-device.
  • Desarrollo de experiencias interactivas: construir dinámicas de engagement (gamificación, raspaditas, ruletas, contenido interactivo) usando HTML embebido con lógica Liquid, orquestadas vía Canvas.
  • Desarrollo de JavaScript: Desarrollo de toda la interacción del usuario con el contenido en un in-app message, desde formularios y encuestas, hasta gamifications con lógica de premios.
  • Librería de templates reutilizables: diseñar y mantener una biblioteca de templates modulares que aceleren la producción diaria sin sacrificar calidad.
  • QA técnico: revisar UTMs, deeplinks, segmentación y renderizado antes de cada envío.
  • Trabajo en equipo con CRM Specialists: traducir briefs de campañas y journeys en piezas listas para producción, iterando rápido sobre feedback.
  • Soporte en fechas críticas: participar de pruebas de estrés y simulacros de cronograma antes de eventos comerciales de alto impacto (Cyber, Black Friday, etc.).

Requisitos

  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados en Diseño, Desarrollo Web, Sistemas o carreras afines. 🎓
  • +2 años de experiencia maquetando HTML/CSS para email marketing y/o landing pages.
  • Manejo de herramientas de testing de email (Litmus, Email on Acid) y de plataformas ESP (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, entre otras).
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de responsive design y compatibilidad cross-client.
  • Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.

The successful candidate will form part of a core team accountable for the successful customization, rollout and maintenance of the Client ServiceNow platform. Delivering and establishing projects related implementation and innovation for multiple clients, ensuring high quality standards and following best practices.

What Will You Do

  • Contribute to ServiceNow Solution implementation, according to your role in a project, which could include such activities as: system configuration, development of custom features on client and server side, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support and others.

  • Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.

  • Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities & Required Knowledge:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in ServiceNow development including experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM is a plus.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Vos principales missions :

Vous interviendrez sur différents types de mission, de l’élaboration d’une vision jusqu’au lancement des projets de transformation stratégiques de clients, en lien avec nos expertises déclinées :

  • Déployer et configurer Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) dans un contexte multisite / multimarque.

  • Structurer et administrer le DAM : taxonomies, métadonnées, droits, cycles de vie, policies de gouvernance.

  • Intégrer le DAM avec les systèmes existants (CMS, PIM, Web, Mobile, Marketing automation…).

  • Définir la gouvernance des assets et mettre en place des workflows de validation.

  • Concevoir l’architecture technique et les modèles de contenu.

  • Optimiser la performance, l’accessibilité et le SEO des sites.

  • Former les équipes internes à l’utilisation du CMS.

Compétences requises :

  • Maîtrise experte d’Adobe AEM: configuration avancée, administration, Asset Compute, Smart Tags, recherche, gestion large-scale et composants Core.

  • Connaissance des frameworks front-end (React, Angular).

  • Connaissances solides en UX, performance web et SEO.

  • Très bonne connaissance des API Adobe, connecteurs, intégrations REST / GraphQL, et des architectures headless.

  • Expérience démontrée sur des projets digitaux complexes : multisite, haute volumétrie, gouvernance à l’échelle.

  • Compréhension solide des environnements Cloud (Adobe Cloud Manager / DevOps).

  • Anglais professionnel (écrit/oral).
